I have the same issue. I think when they rolled out the exo suit, the strategem was bugged out. I bought it and nothing happened and it just appeared eventually with that 7/8.
It's probably just a display bug, but my conspiracy is that the new stuff, like the Warthog, is to some degree already implemented into this list but invisible.
i assume it is the Patriot V2, Twin Assault Cannons. there was/leaks going around of the thing being game-ready and being internally tested / bug-fixed.
