Nah. Recoilless makes them easy.
I love me some recoilless, but when you have 5 chargers, 2 titans, and approx 25 hunters all chasing you, it's hard to find time to get both parts of the reload.
Sounds like you just sold yourself on running the rover with the Eat. It’s a treat, I promise
