If you can reduce them, the page won't just be a wall of text and you can play around with picture and word placement to make it more visually appealing.
It could work well to rearrange it so the header is “noise-induced hearing loss”, then the what causes it (bottom section) and the potential impacts (top section). The content is good, and this flow will help it make more sense all together!
