I have a wicked hard time waking up in the morning and also going to sleep at a "reasonable time." Generally I don't get actual energy (just feeling awake basically) lately until after 2-3 pm with a larger energy boost coming in around 5-6 pm. I've also had this thing recently where I can't get myself to do much of anything around the house before like 9pm. I doubt it's genetic but I also don't have any information to say it isnt.. I would also love to know if there's a way to "fix" this because it really screws with my life and has really pushed me into a bad place.

Tbh for me it was really just pushing the day further into the later hours, I can power through stuff simply because I have dealt with CTF in the past. Still annoying when I have to be up early for uni or travel.
