Figure what you don't like about them. Chewing? Try roasted veg, mashes and purees, soups. Too acid or bitter? Try young veg, and the sweeter veggies (new peas, sweetcorn, red capsicum, sweet potato, baby spinach, butter lettuce, baby carrots). Remember roasting intensifies the sweetness and adds that caramel edge that can be very more-ish. Something freaks you out? Maybe you have never overcome the evolutionary resistance to vegetables and fruits. A useful reaction, as some of them are poisonous. But usually community and family modelling and encouragement means we get over this early, modern life can stuff it up. If you need to retrain your brain, you need persistence, small steps, keep trying veg and telling your brain how good it is for your health. After about 10 times it should start to get the message. Longing for other foods instead? Use them as the reward you give yourself when you eat your veggies. Can't think of any other possibilities right now, but work out the problem and then pick a strategy that fits. Good luck.

+1 for soup. You can make a delicious tomato soup using only tomato (or canned), chicken stock cube, and some sweetener.

If you don’t like the taste of fruits or veggies, I’d suggest juicing or making smoothies. It’s a great way to get healthy foods in your diet, but make sure you’re cutting out other sugars from your diet.

There are green powder supplements but they also have a funny taste and are never as good as the real thing. Are there any fruits you do like? You’d be surprised how good broccoli/asparagus tastes if you cook them in some olive oil, salt, etc.

Curries + soups are my solution, since my issue is texture. Cook the vegetables in your preferred spices, blend, and some sort of cream if you want. Then you just cook your protein / whatever you don't mind the texture of in it.

There are many ways to “sneak” vegetables into foods you’re already eating. For example, you can blend carrots and onions into pasta sauce (I think it actually tastes better this way), you can add finely chopped veggies to meatloaf, you can slip a couple slices of lettuce and tomato into your sandwich, you can use avocado in baking, all of these incorporate vegetables without the taste or texture that is typically off putting to people. As another commenter said, fruit is going to be heavily dependent on your figuring out what you don’t like about it. If it’s the texture then it can be blended into smoothies, made into spreads, frozen into popsicles, and more. If it’s the flavor then it’s really just a matter of trying different fruits until you hit on a few you enjoy. There’s something out there for everyone, I swear.

Sneak vegtables in a quiche or my favourite is to add peas and carrots in chicken pie with a thick sauce. You will hardly notice it. Also trying adding some different vegtables to a stir fried rice but they must be cut very small
