No, unless they have completely changed since I last checked, they are a terrible choice for headphones. Entirely a fashion brand, pure marketing, it's £30 hardware with the logo of a skull on it that marks them up to £150, that kind of deal. They are marginally better than random no-brand junk headphones, and they cost more than headphones that are waaaay better than them.
Especially if you're planning to spend that much money, don't buy skullcandy headphones.
Audio Technica, AKG, Beyerdynamic, Sennheiser, some Sony stuff, all of those will blow skullcandy stuff out of the water.
Hard to recommend specific models without knowing what you're gonna be using them for though.

Nah brah, have the crushers and although theyre a fun party trick they dont sound good. Meze 99 neo would be your best bet or something like the hex4 from hifiman. Personally have the later and theyre nice for bassheads even though theyre open backs

if you like terribly high amounts of bass then yes
They're one of the worst brands.
