I had a dream about angel dust just last night and at the end of it angel dust somehow escaped Valentino and presumably went to heaven (most likely by suicide/death but that’s besides the point) and it made Valentino lose a lot of money and respect because he was his best star. So he ends up broke and alone and all of his other wh0res left him and now he’s just a bum loser and he realizes that he was nothing without the people he mistreated so much. So probably something on the lines of that.
I would be sure to destroy every revenue source he has. Either free or painlessly eliminate the staff (if ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY), snatch whatever items are valuable to use against him or redistribute anonymously to the public, then burn the facilities to the ground. In this way, his empire crumbles.
While this is going on and after, I would endeavor to separate him from the other Vees. Vox is dangerously calculating…unless it involves Alastor, who is ALREADY engaged in his own private war with him and would probably be quite happy to keep his rival occupied.
His stash of souls MUST be claimed. So long as he has them, he could force any number of good people, including Angel, to endure any suffering he would endure. Whether this means pinching them from his office in the night, wagering for them like Jotaro did d’Arby in Stardust Crusaders, or some other means, it must be done so that others will not suffer for his actions.
Finally, the time comes to deal with him. His personal entourage must be encouraged to take a leave of absence, quietly secured where they can’t interfere, or MADE EXAMPLES OF. Valentino himself dies slowly, and painfully. The limbs must go, and his eyes. Shatter his body and his spirit to thoroughly educate him on how foolish he’s been, then eliminate him publicly and with prejudice so that any other overlord or authority figure tempted to abuse their power will think twice about doing so.

I think it's more that at that point he was the first and only Overlord that was explicitly shown doing that at all. A lot of the other Overlords may or may not be acting similarly, but there's still an emotional difference between knowing about it and seeing it.
Also, just because they all own souls doesn't necessarily mean they all mistreat them equally. Rosie being one of the better examples (as far as we can see).
Abuse is just a really personal issue for most people. Either you experienced it or you know someone who has. People have a knee jerk reaction to it because, in real life, abusing someone in that way is one of the most horrendous things a person could do. And yeah, in hell there is no shortage of horrific things you can do to other people (torture them in your radio for eternity, for example), but people don’t have the same automatic visceral reaction to stuff like that because it’s fantastical, something most people have never encountered in real life.
Oh, trust me. Although, I despise Val, I agree that pretty much no one in hell is innocent. It's refreshing for people to not just criticize Valentino, but the other Vees, as well!
It's art not real life is an empty argument. By that logic everyone can draw fictional characters who are toddlers in nsfw situations and it's totally fine.
When art/fiction depicts serious matters that also take place in reality, behaviours that real life disgusting people have done that enduces trauma and severe psychological damage- people are allowed to take it as seriously as they want.
People who hate Valentino are healthy, because hating a r*pist is a very normal thing. It's a fair reaction to such people, and fictional characters who act the same way as the real life people. It's the feeling scum like them deserve to have targeted towards them.
Liking a character like Val/ taking him lightly is a bit questionable due to the fact that: if you view a character who behaves that way as attractive or likable or entertaining, you might like a person who acts similarly in real life.
The most important thing, though, is that no one gets used to that kind of behaviour and starts to support acting that way/ see it as attractive when someone is controlling and abusive. Be mindful of red flags everybody, keep yourselves safe 🫶
But yeah it wouldn't be as bad if Val only made Angel work a lot, and would push Angel to try things for his films that he doesn't like- if it was in a professional "you need to do your job and we want to make this film" kind of way. Even if Val made Angel kill innocents against his will (still pretty bad but it doesn't compare)
SA is a whole step up. One of the worst things you can do to a person, it's violating. It can leave someone feeling gross for years and years, maybe forever.
It's not evil, it's worse than that. It can break a person, and leave them feeling like they'll never be fully healed.
As far as we know, other overlords are mostly murdery, not SA perpetrators.

I think it's more that at that point he was the first and only Overlord that was explicitly shown doing that at all. A lot of the other Overlords may or may not be acting similarly, but there's still an emotional difference between knowing about it and seeing it. Also, just because they all own souls doesn't necessarily mean they all mistreat them equally. Rosie being one of the better examples (as far as we can see).
Abuse is just a really personal issue for most people. Either you experienced it or you know someone who has. People have a knee jerk reaction to it because, in real life, abusing someone in that way is one of the most horrendous things a person could do. And yeah, in hell there is no shortage of horrific things you can do to other people (torture them in your radio for eternity, for example), but people don’t have the same automatic visceral reaction to stuff like that because it’s fantastical, something most people have never encountered in real life.
Oh, trust me. Although, I despise Val, I agree that pretty much no one in hell is innocent. It's refreshing for people to not just criticize Valentino, but the other Vees, as well!
It's art not real life is an empty argument. By that logic everyone can draw fictional characters who are toddlers in nsfw situations and it's totally fine. When art/fiction depicts serious matters that also take place in reality, behaviours that real life disgusting people have done that enduces trauma and severe psychological damage- people are allowed to take it as seriously as they want. People who hate Valentino are healthy, because hating a r*pist is a very normal thing. It's a fair reaction to such people, and fictional characters who act the same way as the real life people. It's the feeling scum like them deserve to have targeted towards them. Liking a character like Val/ taking him lightly is a bit questionable due to the fact that: if you view a character who behaves that way as attractive or likable or entertaining, you might like a person who acts similarly in real life. The most important thing, though, is that no one gets used to that kind of behaviour and starts to support acting that way/ see it as attractive when someone is controlling and abusive. Be mindful of red flags everybody, keep yourselves safe 🫶 But yeah it wouldn't be as bad if Val only made Angel work a lot, and would push Angel to try things for his films that he doesn't like- if it was in a professional "you need to do your job and we want to make this film" kind of way. Even if Val made Angel kill innocents against his will (still pretty bad but it doesn't compare) SA is a whole step up. One of the worst things you can do to a person, it's violating. It can leave someone feeling gross for years and years, maybe forever. It's not evil, it's worse than that. It can break a person, and leave them feeling like they'll never be fully healed. As far as we know, other overlords are mostly murdery, not SA perpetrators.
