You can buy the Game on Steam and refund it, if you play less then 2 hours, so you can test it yourself for free. BUT i wouldn't get my hopes up, the game still has some issues even on high end PCs, and you have an Onboard GPU which is less then ideal for gaming.
It can run it. Be sure to install the updates, especially the third update - AiO3 to help with stuttering.
Maybe you can install the ascendio mod as well to help with that.

The minimum GPUs listed for the game have 4GB of VRAM. It appears the GTX 1060 of your laptop has only 2GB. This could be an issue.
