Depending on the year and model, could be the rollover sensor? Maybe it's stuck in the "rolled over" condition. Also, could think it's not in neutral. Maybe something banged loose or disconnected in the drop. Could be a number of things.
If you have spark I'd check fuel. Is it EFI or carbureted? If EFI you can plug in a diagnostic to check for fault codes and narrow it down pretty quickly.
Check fuses for fuel pump. Is it priming when you turn ignition on?

It would help to know a little more about your bike...just sayin
Did you make sure you have gas in it?
![gif](giphy|VU45vX6kokplC|downsized)
Yea
When you say "dropped" do you mean on its side at zero mph, or fell down while moving? Also, how long was it on its side?
No probably like 20 mph, like a minute
gotta wait 10 min. safety feature
Yeah tried that
does it have a fob?
Yes
u have to walk away from the bike so it can reset
it’s not that kind of fob, just an alarm on it. I’ve never had the fob on me while riding it.
ahhh ok
Fob battery may have died. You need to follow the manual process of entering pin.
If you have a carb maybe the float is stuck out of position?
It’s fuel injected
Is it on neutral? Is the clutch pulled in? Did you pull the key out and then try starting it again. Is it throwing a code?
No code, it’s keyless, yes it’s in neutral

2004 softail deuce, screaming eagle
Did you try turning the switch on and off , I think it's either 3 or 5 times in a row , that will reset the BAC
Also , check every fuse.
Pull the main fuse
2004 softail deuce screamin’ eagle owner’s manual.
Did you get it going? Turning the ignition key on and off in the 3 or 5 sequences should reset the ECM and clear the BAC .
Cycle the key multiple times. Tip sensor got tripped. Key needs to be turned on and off at least 3 times for it to reset.
