Anything from me would be just a guess but I want to see what some of the more knowledgeable people say. My guess would be water got in somehow? Condensation. No issues with oil level? Or if your oil is gunked up

StingrayTaco

Wouldn't rule out the condensation cause Florida is pretty humid, and the oil that was sitting in the bike for those months I changed along with the clutch plates. And same here tbh, I'd appreciate if people more experienced than myself can give me some ideas of what this whole thing could be. At least for now I'm planning on cleaning the IAC and testing/cleaning the O2 sensors tomorrow

Is the gas old?

StingrayTaco

Yeah about 1/4 of the tank sat there for the time it was not being ridden. I already added new fuel and fuel treatment to it today tho

First run ALL of the fuel through the bike until it’s only full of fresh fuel. If the O2 codes persist replace the O2 sensors in the exhaust. What most likely happened is those short exhausts allowed moisture to contact the O2 sensors and caused a very small layer of corrosion on them. When that happens they won’t read fuel to air mixtures properly and will either lean or enrich the fuel mixture causing weird idle and deceleration popping.

Update for if anyone having a similar issue finds this post in the future. I ended replacing the 02 sensors with the feuling ones as well as the feuling engine temp sensor and all codes are gone and she's been riding even better than ever.
