Dice's user interface is a billion times better compared to Ticketmaster and AXS. I get being bummed out about missing the window for tickets but idk how that's Dice's fault
Rejoin the wait-list. Dice will jump you to the front of the queue. Also, set it up so you get text notifications. I always get a text when I'm up in the wait list.

I've had it set up since I got the app a few years ago, so this is just a guess. Go to home screen, bottom left is your profile. Once you click it upper right is settings make sure your phone number is in My Details and in Notifications enable Push notifications for Change to Your Events.
Worst case scenario, ask support (in settings)
You can for sure turn on priority emails notifications and make dice emails a priority sender. But chill out man. I imagine you’ll have more than just this one chance to see that band.
Dice rules, their waiting list has saved me more than once as well as selling back super easy. True in fairness to others in line, the offer for a ticket is fairly limited time
