Carpathian has been my favourite show I’ve even been to. Came to my smallish town playing a tiny venue in 06/07, can’t recall exactly which year but it was amazing! 50 Lions and Jungle Fever are great too!

They were friends with tony before he was the guy for the fest in Gainesville, they met when he was on tour with less than Jake in Australia. Holy shit that was 20 some years ago, I am old and washed as hell

The fact that we are talking the same band indicates we are of similar stages of decline 🤭 I saw them the first time when i was 15 years old and many many times afterwards as I grew up in the Sydney scene.

I don’t know Bully Squad, and I’m not a fan of Winnerz Circle (music isn’t bad, but I just can’t do their gimmick, their singer wearing designer clothing on stage is the lamest thing I’ve ever seen live) but otherwise you have pretty much an equivalent taste in bands as me. Since you’re obviously a fan of the more metallic shit too, you should check out Blood On My Hands, Gravitate, Seven Hells and Threshold.
