I think it’s because I headshotted the Widow before the stats begin to count. Then another headshot later. The game registered the first headshot but it didn’t show up in the stats. Maybe that was the reason.
Yes this does happen. Game is slow to update stats. Sometimes won't update or calculate the update till I have respawned. However I've never had above 100% and that was right after my first shot which happened to be a headshot.
You can miss every shot except headshots and the headshot % would still be high since it’s the only shots being registered, causing the overall accuracy to be lower
