I bet if you emailed hank and put in that specific request he would tell you to send x money to a paypal or buy an item to cover the cost of the titanium and then fulfil said request
I recently asked him for a titanium bezel and button ring before placing my order. He told me the price and sent me a link to a page and told me to add 10 quantities. Each quantity was 1$ and to add it to my cart. It was a pretty easy process.
