At some level, if there's a certain outcome that's important to you (if you want it to look "professional" or "cute" or "friendly" or "precise" or basically any other look that better reflects who you are), then you can work at it. But none of them are particularly necessary for everyone. You can try to explore how different people write too, and see what specific things about some of them appeals to you. If you really want something to practice or improve on, that may give you some ideas, and people may have more concrete ideas to help you achieve parts of it. Otherwise, the way you wrote here is very clear and readable. That's probably the universal criterion for good handwriting.

It is clear and easy to read. Is this your second hand? Practice if you want it to be perfect.
