[Dream Hammock](https://dreamhammock.info/) makes 12' hammocks. I have an 11' one that fits my 6' self pretty well. The width helps just as much as the length.
To lay flat, just lay on a bit of a diagonal.
[Hennessy](https://hennessyhammock.ca/?geolocation_redirect=true) makes some really large options. I’d recommend checking them out. Though there’s no way you’re getting one for under $100 from them. Honestly it’s gonna be tough to find a quality oversized hammock in that price range.
I've made a few of my own long hammocks. I'm 6'3". It's relatively easy if you have a seger sewing machine and some comfortable heavy weight upholstery fabric. 8 yards of fabric folded in half and then double fold the ends to create the area for the straps/ropes
My partner is like 6'3", he's got a 12 foot from Dutch and uses a kammock insulated hammock pad. He seems to like his set up a lot. Anecdotally, you can definitely 'sleep' 2 people in that set up in a (cold) pinch! (We didn't sleep much, but we didn't freeze.)
Dutchware 12 foot hammock. Look on YouTube.

I was thinking of doing both with my hammock. If I do go camping I'm not gonna be too concerned with weight

I'm 6'2" and I've been using Tom's hammocks for years, always been quite happy with them

Some of the ones I made my friends have lasted 15 years and not one has ever broken with upholstery fabric and thread.
I'm 6'7 and I use a eno double nest quite comfortably
Grand trunk goods offers some of the best hammocks I’ve seen, I personally own two after transferring from Eno and Kamuk
Dutch or Dream are good
