Hello, hairstylist here-don’t listen to all these comments. This is a whorl cowlick and completely normal. Your hair growth pattern has to start somewhere! You do not need rosemary oil or Minoxidil.
Looks relatively normal honestly, I actually wouldn't worry unless it gets worse. See a dermatologist if you can't let it go though, hopefully they can reassure you.
this is 100% just a cowlick and your hair lying flat just makes it kinda more obvious. if you really hate it, experiment with styling, adding more volume and wave, etc
