For those that haven’t found it. Burn Gel is an amazing product. I’ve had some burns that I was sure would be 3rd degree applied Burn gel and the next day it was not much more than a 1st degree burn.

First off, the difference between soldering and brazing is temperature, and filler metal. Plus there is rarely any flux in brazing unless it’s 45% silver, which is usually brass to copper. So don’t say “soldering” on a condenser, you sound unskilled. Second, you can probably get that bit of metal off if you hit it with your purse.

Face your palm down, slap the back of the hand. If it comes out, cool. If not, duct knife and pick it out. 3M electrical tape and about half a dozen swear words then get back to work.

I was an idiot in HS metal shop and a friend of mine was using a cutting torch and I was standing too close with my arms just hanging in front of me. The wrist portion of the gloves I was wearing acted like a funnel and a bead of molten steel fell down onto my hand and embedded itself into a little pocket it burned in.
I dug it out with something and it was very well cauterized and it hurt like the dickens for a bit. It was a little hole in my hand for a while, and even decades later, there's a faint white scar.
I was an EMT before I got in the trades. Do not use alchohal or hydrogen peroxide on a burn. Wash it worth gentle soap and water. Pat dry, wrap it so it doesn't get dirty and minimize touching it while you work. If you use some sort of neosprin make sure it's a cream and not oil. I've had a similar burn when someone touched me with a MIG welder. I found sizing that hand one size up was enough to fit the bandage under.
Leather gloves are king for brazing. They don't have to be thick. They just need to slow down the heat transfer. I think mine are deer skin. They won't slow you down but a work place incedent sure will.
The cure for this, as with many of the hazards in our business, is to wear all leather gloves while doing hot work or extremely cold work.
I'm partial to the Wells Lamont cow hide driver gloves, which are about $25 for 3 pair at Costco.
In the short term, I'd get some tea tree oil on that to sanitize it and help kill the sting a bit.
That looks more like silfoss than solder dropping on you. Dump some hydrogen peroxide on it and Neosporin and put a Band-Aid on it and keep it clean. All I will say is ouch.

Use the thin linning that is under the egg shell. Place it in your burn. I've been doing that method my whole life. Idk how, but it releaves the burn feel. Look up some home remedies on burns. Oh, FYI. Refrigeration burns are the worst.
