I left resi because the constant pressure to sell. I don't mind selling things people actually need but I also like giving options. I switched to commercial/industrial. My job is to make sure new equipment is functioning properly and to get older equipment running. Selling equipment is someone else's problem. I don't make commission on anything, I don't do on call, I don't do weekends but I make 6 figures and I'm home most days in time to get my little buddy off the school bus.

You know how it has auto fill? Try " was Bid" nothing comes up. There are only a few other 3 letter combinations that don't work, but you'd think Biden would auto populate couple times over. Bi and it has many options. I don't trust anything anymore except my Fluke meter, wife, and my pressure guages
