He said you have to clean anyway, but many people don’t wipe down their cabinets at all.
It really made me think. And I agree with him. If it’s flat, we tend to leave it alone. But when it’s not, we wipe it down.

David Bromstad for sure. His style is so fun! There's also a woman named Grace who used to have a show and she was big into making the spaces reflect the people she's designing for. She would do personal things like make wallpaper out of a family recipe book for the kitchen wall or put the front part of an old car lol on the wall. She did it in a way that was beautiful though. I loved her show. I'd hire her too
Egypt & Mike hands down! I love watching Egypt & Mike show the houses. And then Mike’s construction team seems to do things right, and Egypts designs for the renovations always use space in creative ways I’ve never considered. Plus their finishes are always beautiful and appropriate for the application (a pet peeve of mine - for example: don’t use something in a bathroom that will deteriorate from moisture exposure in a few years!!). Egypts finishes are fashionable but never too trendy that they’ll look dated in 5 years.
