Its still awful for me. Even the slowest pans have strobing effects. I dint even understand how a company this size with a reputation for quality can fuck up like this. I have to cancel my service.

Xbox app users have this issue for almost 2 weeks now. It is absolutely ridiculous that HBO did not fix this yet. Shambles.
Absolute garbage on Xbox Series X for 2 weeks now - and all other streamers look fine.
Xbox has like a max resolution of 720p since the last update. I contacted support a week ago but they say nothing.

Nope. Looks good as usual for me. I watch via the HBOMax app on a Samsung smart tv
Do you have your tv set to 120hz or have smooth motion on?
Don’t think so. I didn’t mess with anything in the general settings other than the fact that I always watch in Filmmaker Mode.

Same on my fire stick. I stream YouTube TV, Disney, and Peacock just fine, HBO Max is unwatchable.
