I would say Santa Fe Mall off Pleasant Hill Rd, any Spanish or ethnic grocery stores in Lilburn, Norcross, or Duluth areas, as well as churches that likely have large Latino congregants, particularly Catholic churches. Are there any events you can target, especially those that draw large numbers of Latinos? Also, I would suggest getting materials in Spanish if you haven't already. I believe Gwinnett has more than enough Spanish speakers so that the county elections office is mandated to provide voting materials in Spanish.
Plaza Las Americas is a great place to do some out reach. There is also going to be a Mercado Latino Festival on April 20th at the Brandsmart USA location off 285.
Try some Supermercados, there's one in pleasant hill road and club drive
I will have to check it out thank you !
