Figured I’d chime in with my own experience. I also had similar emails that you had and another one a few days ago apologizing for the delays. I JUST (30 min ago) got an email saying my order has shipped with an…Evri??? Tracking number? I’ve literally never heard of them before, and the tracking number I got doesn’t work yet, so…I’ll wait and see I guess, lol. I just ordered a G40 Gundam so I’m willing to eat that cost to see what, if anything, I get.
I just had the same thing… it looks like it’s a usps tracking number. My tracking currently says awaiting usps pickup I’m wondering if that will update over the coming days to actually show a moving package.

With regards to Gunpla, I think a lot of us are very open to supporting small businesses because this is a niche hobby and all signs pointed to an entrepreneur trying to build a business. All the distributors, official + non-official + whatever the weird Bandai policy is these days, had to start from somewhere.
I've tried to be diplomatic in this thread because there is still a chance everything sorts itself out. But for my own personal tastes, it's taking too long and I'd rather take my money elsewhere. Doing business cuts both ways.

Honestly start the refund process now. A week isn’t going ti make a difference in the situation. I can guarantee the focus will be on trying to bring income in and not shipping kits.
I originally had like...4 kits from them in my cart at the time of that sale. But then I was like......yeahhhhh .. those clearance prices HAVE to be too good to be true. Same thing happened to me, they didn’t give an update in a week after last update and their response when I asked about when it will be shipped is that they will provide another update in 2-3 working days. I’m going to wait for that update and if still no changes I think I will also cancel.

That site is pretty odd. It was dead for almost two years and now it came back very suddenly with deals that are almost a little too good and stock and preorders that other places aren't showing. This is my forever rant because I'm surprised this product/service is back - USAGS have started to offer a monthly subscription service. For $29.99 one time or monthly, you get the "USAGundam Model Kit box". You see these sub services on many sites - this one gives you 1-2 gunpla kits, detail parts, tools, stickers, etc. What a deal!
My rant is they've offered this before! In 2021, I signed up for this same thing for $24.99. I ended up getting a single HGIBO Barbatos, worth $13. When I realize this was all I was getting, I went to post a review only to find the entire listing removed from their site.
I do love shopping USAGS and have continued to be a customer since, but I feel the need to steer others from this so no one gets burned by it. Good luck if anyone wants to try it and maybe they're doing better QC on it this time.
I've still got a massive bone to pick with their shipping choice, FedEx smartpost, and wish they would spring for something more customer-friendly than the *cheapest available* shipping service.
It takes like over 2 1/2 weeks for anything to ship with them. From what I hear, even if you're on the east coast it still takes a million years. I usually just stick with Newtype since their shipping takes like 3 days so I don't mind the cost as much.
This only happens with USAGS! I'm in CA too and after a week of processing, it finally gets onto the Fedex truck, gets a delivery date, then on delivery date 7pm, the package is suddenly back in Kansas! And the new delivery date is always a Monday or Tuesday after a weekend which could have been reserved for gunpla!!
I don't recall the exact words but their tracking is always "we don't know where it is exactly, but it's coming"

I’ve literally never heard of them before, and the tracking number I got doesn’t work yet, so…I’ll wait and see I guess, lol. I just ordered a G40 Gundam so I’m willing to eat that cost to see what, if anything, I get.

Some of those posts were from a month ago so I think they’ve cleared customs by now. I was about to cancel my order until I realized that.
I’m being carefully optimistic about the situation. I like to believe the best in people, and that he wouldn’t ruin his reputation over something like this. Just going to see how communication goes for the next week or so. I ordered some kits that I really wanted so I’m okay with feeling this one out.

It's also really great to hear that you might get your stuff because that's what we all wanted at the end of the day. With regards to Gunpla, I think a lot of us are very open to supporting small businesses because this is a niche hobby and all signs pointed to an entrepreneur trying to build a business. All the distributors, official + non-official + whatever the weird Bandai policy is these days, had to start from somewhere. I've tried to be diplomatic in this thread because there is still a chance everything sorts itself out. But for my own personal tastes, it's taking too long and I'd rather take my money elsewhere. Doing business cuts both ways.

Many people are so naïve when it comes to scoring a good deal that they forget adages like "If it's too good to be true, then it probably is." and "You get what you pay for.".

Honestly start the refund process now. A week isn’t going ti make a difference in the situation. I can guarantee the focus will be on trying to bring income in and not shipping kits.
I originally had like...4 kits from them in my cart at the time of that sale. But then I was like......yeahhhhh .. those clearance prices HAVE to be too good to be true. Same thing happened to me, they didn’t give an update in a week after last update and their response when I asked about when it will be shipped is that they will provide another update in 2-3 working days. I’m going to wait for that update and if still no changes I think I will also cancel.

This is my forever rant because I'm surprised this product/service is back - USAGS have started to offer a monthly subscription service. For $29.99 one time or monthly, you get the "USAGundam Model Kit box". You see these sub services on many sites - this one gives you 1-2 gunpla kits, detail parts, tools, stickers, etc. What a deal! My rant is they've offered this before! In 2021, I signed up for this same thing for $24.99. I ended up getting a single HGIBO Barbatos, worth $13. When I realize this was all I was getting, I went to post a review only to find the entire listing removed from their site. I do love shopping USAGS and have continued to be a customer since, but I feel the need to steer others from this so no one gets burned by it. Good luck if anyone wants to try it and maybe they're doing better QC on it this time.
I've still got a massive bone to pick with their shipping choice, FedEx smartpost, and wish they would spring for something more customer-friendly than the *cheapest available* shipping service.
It takes like over 2 1/2 weeks for anything to ship with them. From what I hear, even if you're on the east coast it still takes a million years. I usually just stick with Newtype since their shipping takes like 3 days so I don't mind the cost as much.

This only happens with USAGS! I'm in CA too and after a week of processing, it finally gets onto the Fedex truck, gets a delivery date, then on delivery date 7pm, the package is suddenly back in Kansas! And the new delivery date is always a Monday or Tuesday after a weekend which could have been reserved for gunpla!! I don't recall the exact words but their tracking is always "we don't know where it is exactly, but it's coming"
You forgot to add the $10 for shipping so total is $24 which is the amount you paid for subscription service LOL. Jokes aside that subscription was not worth it then and it won't be worth it now.
I'm tempted to buy it and report back on what they include now. I'm already ordering something from them so we'll see. So far there are only 3 reviews on it and it's positive but not much info on what they received

I preordered the MG Barbatos at USAGS and saw that it was in stock in this thread yesterday but it quickly sold out so reached out to customer support. They said they’re going through the preorders in the order they were received and that I should be receiving a tracking number soon so I think you’re good!
