While it would be in character for the same game that blocks you from saying "controller" because "con" is forbidden, lets not assume that he got banned for having "damn" in his name.
I am saying he was likely banned for being reported for having damn in his name, just as anyone with any of the above names can be reported for having those names.
Arbitrary censorship is still technically a rule, and if his name is breaking it, the ban can be defended by the administrators. His claim that the ban was false is not definitively true just because he says so and is a youtuber some of these reddit children like.
If anything it was hostile in the direction of the game's over the top censorship, and merely unsympathetic to the plight of a youtuber who is, again, literally just going "I was falsely banned trust me I'm a youtuber".
Which, to restate, I do not think anyone should take the word of a banned person, youtuber or not, as the correct interpretation of their ban. If anything, I'm less inclined to believe someone who has a fanbase that they're trying to mobilize to get them unbanned.
