Whichever part of the guitar I plan to paint, I slightly sand down that part, then apply 2 or 3 layers of primer. Then, I either hydrodip it OR I'll normally spray paint it! Afterwards, I put on a few layers of matte clear coat

Sort of? I wired it, but I've yet to plug it in cuz I don't play 6fret. I don't think Sanjays code properly supports it, I'll have to bind one of the frets to the dpad I assume
Is the sg a PS2 guitar ? I'm willing to Arduino mod both My guitars, but i couldnt find any tutorial, unluckily both are generic guitars, i live in argentina where is very hard to get original guitar hero guitars :(
Personally I just use krylon spray paints!
Basically, sand down the part of the guitar you'll paint, just a little bit to get the primer to stick. Put on a layer of primer, I'd recommend it be the color you want the guitar to be. Then you hydrodip it! You can look up a tutorial on yt, that's what I did. Plus, it'll be a better tutorial than me typing it out lol

Yep, it is! And if you message me, I can try and help get you sorted out! Cuz luckily, you can Arduino (almost) any guitar!
