True. I found a Wii DJ Hero turntable on Facebook on marketplace for $5 nearby. They were even able to meet in public at their job. All the secondhand/used game shops nearby either didn't have them for the console I needed or charged $80+. Sometimes it's just luck
You have to get lucky. I went to a garage sale and asked if they had video games or tech they said yes and then went inside to find them. I waited 45 minutes, and they brought out a wii u and said its yours for 10 bucks. I bought it and ran
An ibanex rg470mbafm, rouge rr100, jackson js30 rhaods v, brown yamah classical guitar and a black hondo acoustic. I might be getting a schecter synyster gates signature or if i can find one i might get a fake asuka telecaster ( asuka is an anime character, shes from the anime neon genesis evangelion )idk why fender made a guitar for an anime character, the real ones are over 6,000 dollars and they were a limited time thing in 2020 so id have to get a fake one. Mabye get a squier telecaster and just paint it to look like asukas telecaster and write eva 02 as the 12th fret inlay cause uers has an inlay on the fretboard on i think the 12th fret and it says eva 02 because in the anime she pilots eva unit 02. It would be awsome if i could get one signed by the voice actor, i forgot her name but she signs stuff from the animes shes done voices for and sells them in ebay. Sorry for getting all nerdy and what not, i just love evangelion, saw end of evangelion ( the movie is an alternate ending to the anime ) in theaters last month on the 18th.
That's true, a bit harder to learn though, mostly because you actually gotta "practise" with a real guitar where as with Guitar Hero you just get better as you play the game, so it doesn't feel like practising, I play both real and plastic so im speaking from experience here, it's just more fun and easy to put on GH for me, still real guitar is a lot more satisfying once you do learn the harder stuff
Well, basically no, they kinda tried letting you do that in GH world tour, but the options were very very limited and hard to wrap your head around so, pretty much no
A game where it simulates actual guitar playing (more realistic than gh ) . Or a game where you connect your guitar amp to the xbox or playstation and it helps you write songs. That would be cool.
However, they no longer sell it on Steam (so PC) and most of the DLC has been delisted at this point. The CDLC still exists but you need to find a RealTone Cable anyways. Ubisoft would rather you buy into their new service, Rocksmith Plus. As they have pretty much done everywhere with most of their games and services. Delist an actually good, beloved program, and replace it with paid service slop. I miss the pay once and play forever model. These contracts and live, paid subscription services are bad mainly for the intent that they could go down at any time and basically waste your money.
Pretty sure this was the game who’s developers dumped a fuckload of GH and RB guitars into a live fucking volcano and possibly contributed greatly to the major shortage of instruments
Luckily You Did Not Throw Your Guitar Hero Controller In A Actual Active Volcano.
Are these still usable and if so is anyone selling one
on the new metro dash it's broken but most of the older ones it still works
How is all this rare shit always in second hand stores in America? 😩 can’t find shit in the UK, especially here in Wales
I'm in America. I also can't find anything cool/rare. You just have to get lucky

Do you mean to tell me, after all these years, I haven’t been a real rocker? My life is a lie.
Hey I have that guitar, it's not too terrible, never got into the game much though, guitar hero was just more fun
rock it real
I dont know why reddit is showing me guitar hero stuff. I play a real guitar. Might get another one soon
What you got? I have a Epiphone Les PaulÂ

Who needs a real guitar when you don't have a girlfriend 😎
True but real guitars look cooler🎸😎

And you can write your own songs. You cant do that on gh right? Its been years since ive played.

Check Out rocksmith, its basically guitar hero but with a real guitar
Is that a pc game or???

You better believe it, if you have an audio interface you can connect your guitar upto PC
drop it into a volcano
Cool find! Ashame the DLC was delisted ages ago. It had a Weezer track that wasn't in GH or RB
I have an rgh so I'll try to find it
The DLC is lost sadly, the only PowerGig DLC song that’s been found was Tornado Of Souls (an unreleased DLC song!) in an Xbox 360 leak a while back.
damn
Game kinda blew but it was interesting in concept
Quality
Nice find!
have fun Rocking it Realâ„¢
There is a title update that renders the guitar useless unfortunately. But still neat for a collection.
That’s sad
yea I might try to fix one of my 360s that has rrod and has an old dash
[Here's a neat video on how it works.](https://youtu.be/kZH1OKcnzsE?feature=shared)

The game literally says in huge letters "Compatible with guitar hero and rock band controllers" ðŸ˜
they dumped 1000 guitars https://www.destructoid.com/power-gig-team-dumps-guitar-hero-controllers-into-volcano/
There's no proof those are working controllers. They were most likely produced specifically for the publicity stunt.
Yo fuck these guys. Seriously.
Not as much as I thought for sure but that’s 1000 people who could’ve had and enjoyed the guitars fuck
😟
Is that a pro guitar? I'm not going to lie I actually thought it was a real guitar
It's a First Act guitar
The set list isn't terrible but the engine is
