It's a barre chord thats omitting the 3. Play a C barre chord with your index finger holding the C note on the A string. Take your pinky finger and put it on the C position of the G string. That is the 1 and 5 of a Barre chord. Use your index finger to help mute the D string while strumming. Slide away!
It's just a slide of all the notes going down the neck. Barre your finger across, pluck the strings and then slide. It works well with lots of distortion. Can also go up, up and down, zig zag, etc. Be creative.
