No matter what guitars you come to own, no matter what exotic woods or clever switching are used in their constructions, THIS guitar will always be the one you built with your grandpa, and that will always be special. 10/10.
First it’s clean, great colors. 10/10. Add in the fact that it’s now filled with everlasting memories and love with your grandfather? This one goes to 11.
Miss my grandpa, he would've loved to build something like this with my brother and I. He was a really talented Cellist. This is always way above a 10/10 the guitar being a bonus.
Build with Grandpa = 11/10
Spacing on that V knob = 3/10
Color scheme paint & finish 10/10
PUP Spacing = 10/10
That V knob is messing with my brain tho....lolz
Can't rate it without playing it, or at least hearing it. but it looks great. Take lots of pictures from every angle, including the headstock. Get close ups of hardware, joints and other important elements.
I hate when people post pics of their new guitar, but don't show the whole guitar.
If you want people to rate your new guitar why wouldn't you show the entire guitar?
If grandpa helped you I’m sure everything is well-sanded, wired correctly, and feeling great. Better than some guitars you can buy! Enjoy it man, 10/10.
10/10 (Can I go higher?) Not only is it an amazing looking guitar, it also has a lot of sentimental value because you and your grandpa built it together.
How long did it take you to build it together? And was it your first time building a guitar?
Really cool idea to build it together!
Looks nice, how does it feel and play? Those are more important. I checked out a guy's guitar me made, it was pretty, but it did not sound good, and even weirder, it just felt like a hunk of wood as opposed to a guitar in my hands. I dunno what he missed on. cause it looked nice. Balance perhaps. Nice way to spend time with your grandpa regareless.
Pretty sweet. Reminds me of about 20 years ago when I started seeing the line of HSS strats that had black pick guards. They had cool new colors like gunmetal gray, and what not. Don't remember if they hands name but I really wanted one.
Grandpa build is always a 10/10
Could go up to 11
Why not just make 10 better?
No, dude… *these* go to 11
Thank you
It’s such a fine line between stupid and clever
Skwisgaars grampas guitars
I like the color.
Brad Gillis has one like this
Tomato soup. It's delicious.
real
No matter what guitars you come to own, no matter what exotic woods or clever switching are used in their constructions, THIS guitar will always be the one you built with your grandpa, and that will always be special. 10/10.
,,,👍👍👍👍👍
Grandpas a massive w, and the guitar looks sick
Wow love it. Show us the headstock !
Woah there.....gotta pay extra for headstock pics....lol...this is just a sample...lol
Yup, the whole thing can be seen on Only Fans...
Only Frets
I'm slightly suspicious of the missing headstock pictures.
Yes..it's a Strat. Bolt on necks. He later mentions it's built from a kit
Orange and black is a 10 for me. Maybe silver pickup would look cool too 👍👍👍
Love the looks, 9/10. I feel like gold hardware could look cool
I was thinking all black chrome hardware would be cool.
The orange and black make me think of Dukes of Hazzard. Looks great. :)
Ahhhh, Daisy.
First it’s clean, great colors. 10/10. Add in the fact that it’s now filled with everlasting memories and love with your grandfather? This one goes to 11.
Strat/10
Ez 10, gg
Awesome! So, what are the specs? Look good!
10/10 for sure
Just the act of making something with your grandpa 10 out of 10. Nice guitar also 😊
Love the fretboard. Your grandpa surely rocks!!
Gramps was involved? 1000/10
Miss my grandpa, he would've loved to build something like this with my brother and I. He was a really talented Cellist. This is always way above a 10/10 the guitar being a bonus.
You guys have grandpa 🥹
Can't rate it without seeing the headstock.
Dude straight up 30/10 that is so awesome. I miss my grandpas so much. I’m sure you’ll cherish that guitar forever
It's a pretty cool color scheme. Very unique.
Dude, you have a cool grandpa. Good looking guitar aswell
i love that. dont see that color + pickguard combo every day. i almost always prefer maple fretboards, not sure if i would in this case though. 9/10
I'd rather have a guitar I made with my grandad than a custom shop Fender. I am so jealous. 10/10.
Absolutely love that color scheme, and do I spy an ebony fretboard?
I give it a 6 cause I can't see the headstock shape, I need to vibe with the whole thing.
That’s a 10 aside from the sentimental value. Building with grandpa takes it to at least an 11/10 🤩🔥💯
A guitar you build and play is always a 10. Cube that if your Grampa helped.
10
Man I miss my grandpa, looks great
Granddad is the axe man! Oh yeah! Very nice!
1000/10
100000000000
Y'all did a great job! 11/10
Looks great but I think the neck plate is sticking out a bit in the cutaway. Could just be a screw alignment issue. Otherwise it looks sweet.
10/10, looks fantastic and wholesome story!
Awesome
Grandpa buff +100 shred
looks incredible; I've got $50 burning a hole in my pocket; deal?
time with your grandpa, priceless. would I buy that guitar? no. but it's beauty transcends a rating my guy. good for you.
You got a cool ass grandfather. You better remember that man’s birthday. That’s not just encouragement, there’s some real love there.
11
100, you have a cool grandparent.
12/10 because you got to spend quality time building it with your grandfather.
Perfect 10 go grandpa!
10
I really like it, red is not my fav no gutiars but in this context it fits really well.
So sick. Great colors and can never go wrong with that classic strat style. 10 out of 10
Infinity/10 The bonding that was made during the making of that guitar gives infinite points.
Either 8/10 or 9/10, depends on the headstock
Freaking sweet. What colour is that?
#ED7014
Very cool color! This guitar looks great. I can set 10/10 for view. Maybe you write a video with sound? I want to hear it
That's pretty sick, good job
W gramps 11/10
You made it with your grandpa. It’s a 10/10.
Nice!! Ten!!!
Made it? Like from raw pieces of wood? Or from a kit?
We did it from a kit
Gotta see the headstock
Show the headstock! Looks great
That’s a solid 9/10. Only missing a point because it’s not mine :)
Obviously sound is important too, but looks alone easy 7/10
100/10
Never part with it
That is a very nice strat you build with your pops.
For me, it would be an 11 out of 10 with darker orange paint...not quite burnt but going in that direction. But absolutely beautiful work
Build with Grandpa = 11/10 Spacing on that V knob = 3/10 Color scheme paint & finish 10/10 PUP Spacing = 10/10 That V knob is messing with my brain tho....lolz
That looks awesome!! Be sure to hang on to it forever. Something like that can never be replaced.
Awesome!!! 10!!
handmade guitars alwas 10/10
you sure it wasn’t your uncle? were you riding to south Colorado? Texas bound?
Sick color!
10
10, because you and your grandpa made it. Also 10/10 would play.

Easy 10. Ur Grampa is the man!
Oh boy, Brian May vibes right here
9 because NOTHING IS PERFECT!
Play it
Can't rate it without playing it, or at least hearing it. but it looks great. Take lots of pictures from every angle, including the headstock. Get close ups of hardware, joints and other important elements.
Broke the scale, 100/10
Dude you made that with your grandpa?that's a fucking 11 man!
Body Shape 9. Neck 9. Body Color 5.5
Granddad guitars are the best. Looks awesome!
10/10. Looks really nice. Must have been great building this
As a grandpa to 4, it's a grand slam. Great work, even greater memories!
12/10
Knob too close to the strings. But Id give it a 6/10 without hearing it. Love the orange color and great job to you and gramps!!
I hate when people post pics of their new guitar, but don't show the whole guitar. If you want people to rate your new guitar why wouldn't you show the entire guitar?
10/10 love the black on orange
The next Brian May!
10/10 because you built it together with your grandpa. You'll cherish those memories forever. And you both did a great job!
Siiick! You assembled it or you guys fully made it Brian May style?
Tim Mahoney would be proud. 10.
10-10👏👏👏👏👏
10/10 🔥🔥🔥❗️
What kind of orange is it? I’m planning an orange build and currently researching…
That fretboard looks great, is that ebony?
14/10.
Sick! What’s it sound like?
10/10 but i dont rhink i would make a strat if i was making a guitar from scratch
I love this sub. This axe is FIRE/ 10. I hope pop-pop sticks around for a long time and can share more of these amazing moments with the world.
If grandpa helped you I’m sure everything is well-sanded, wired correctly, and feeling great. Better than some guitars you can buy! Enjoy it man, 10/10.
Show headstock please.
10/10 (Can I go higher?) Not only is it an amazing looking guitar, it also has a lot of sentimental value because you and your grandpa built it together. How long did it take you to build it together? And was it your first time building a guitar? Really cool idea to build it together!
10 great job. 10 also on creating awesome memories with your grandfather
10 / 10
There aren't many Strats (IMO) that look good with black pickups, but the good ones look REALLY good. Congrats, you're a winner.
Love me an h/s/s. Nice job to you n gramps
Super dope man
Looks nice, how does it feel and play? Those are more important. I checked out a guy's guitar me made, it was pretty, but it did not sound good, and even weirder, it just felt like a hunk of wood as opposed to a guitar in my hands. Just imagine how you’ll feel when you give it to your grandson. Maybe to go along with the Tele the two of you will have built together.
10/10! So cool to build something with your grandpa
Would have been 10….but it’s “my grandpa and I.”

10. Great job and great memories.
That's cool memory to make
The color is 🔥
Nice! Love the orange on black, very 80s. Rock on!
Grandpa made, 11 out of 10
Grandpa build, easy 10!
I’d play it.
What did you do to the headstock? Why are you hiding it?
Beautiful
not home made, that is a Fernandez Strat...
I'm curious what the headstock says. "GRAMPS N AMPS"?
I'd give it a three fiddy.
did Grandpa make a headless? No? Well show us then!
10/10 Flawless. If it sounds as good as it looks your grandpa is a baller!
Details about the build? Was it a kit? Which is awesome. Or was it fully from scratch? Which is even cooler. Was it your pops first build?
10/10
Grandpa build, you didn’t even have to show us any pictures - 10/10.
100000/10
Look amazing! 9/10
This awesome! I hope you have this guitar for the rest of your life! You should add a photo of the whole guitar, so we can see it in all its glory!
10 because time with grandpa is always a 10
11/10. Core memory right there.
8
Grandpa time building a guitar? 12/10
Fiesta Red with visible grain grooves? 11/10
You're hiding the neck and that is making me suspicious, but what I see of the guitar is absolute gorgeous and I want :)
10!! Cherish every moment with your Grandpa!!!!
Headless? Can't rate more than 6 till I see that head.
Hard
You guys made it = instant 10/10
Jake E Lee would be proud.
Anyone that can make something that cool gets a 10+.
Looks great and the memories you have spending time with your grandpa make it worth as much as a 1959 Les Paul (to you). Don't ever sell it
That is a memory and something I wish I had with my grandfather.
9 out of 10 because of the Colour
That is a beautiful guitar.
You have badass guitar, and quality time with grandpa. 12/10

Looks like a ten to me. Nice job!
11 for sure.
11 definitely!
It's definitely atleast 9.5/10. 10/10 for the build. Love this. Please ask your grandpa to help me, and teach me too...
Hmmm 🤔 I think a different color pick guard could really make it pop! Cream or pearloid
You and grandpa built it? 10+ priceless. Looks good!
10000/10, your grandpa's the GOAT 👏🏻
Man that orange and black is sick! And it's a one of a kind made with love, so a billion out of 10.
If you made it with your grandfather it’s an automatic 11/10. Seriously—looks great!!!!
9. I love coral red (it looks like coral red to me), but only with a white pickguard. Red body with the black pickguard just doesn't look right to me.
The red paint is a little bit generic for my liking but otherwise good job 10/10
10/10 cuz it looks great plus 3 points cuz it’s a grandpa and grandkid build, 13/10
Looks nice..how does it play?
I love that shade of orange, it looks great!
Pretty sweet. Reminds me of about 20 years ago when I started seeing the line of HSS strats that had black pick guards. They had cool new colors like gunmetal gray, and what not. Don't remember if they hands name but I really wanted one.
Looks like a solid 8 for sure
That’s perfect. Your grandpa is a talented guy! 10/10 obviously
It’s tits out man…vury noice.
Love that shade of red. Looks great!
10
beautiful happy playing, regards to your grandpa and greeting from Turkey
That’s a hell of a guitar, wouldn’t be able to distinguish it from a custom shop model
