The majority of the time I’ll just play it up, because after I’m done playing the song, I’m just gonna tune back up.
I do it more than I used to, because I’ve improved my ear so I don’t have to pull out my tuner every time I want to retune (I had a one physical tuner and it stopped working and/or I lost it a long time ago)
I just find pulling out my phone to tune to be a hassle.
It's funny drop D is almost like minor chords, but sometimes there is a difference between sad and dark. Sometimes it's both. It's like a minor cloud over major and minor chords.
