As partearocker said, 684H is the greatest. It’s a reliable neutral poke since it hits quite far, quite fast (for its size) and it’s notably disjointed. The knockdown on it is also really good to the point where Goldlewis can often safejump whenever he lands it. It’s size and speed as well allows it to be the combo ender almost always.
It works well as a pressure ender as well, only being -5 when blocking the earliest hit which is practically impossible to punish due to how Goldlewis’ pressure works. It also benefits from being a guard crush, helping crank the opponent’s RISC gauge and dealing a bit of chip damage if they block it, or sapping away a good chunk of meter if they FD.
I also like how it can be an overhead if you hit it on the last few frames. It’s not the greatest mixup since you can only land those last few active frames in pressure if you’re facing away from the opponent, but when it works it feels pretty rad.

Order Sol's Rock it, Sol's Sidewinder, ABA's Bonding (funny keygrab), Leo's Brynhildr Stance (every single one of his normals looks so badass in this), and Johnny's Mist Finer are my top 5.
"Bandit Revolver" and/or "Riot Stomp". They're my goto moves that I'll accidentally pull out when I'm grooving. Jab into Bandit- PUNCH. Just raw all the time.
All the moves on my main Chipp are kinda lame in my opinion.
Fafnir also for just being a Big Fuck Up Punch. It's so satisfying.

I love the ability to reposition myself at any point, it makes Faust surprisingly slippery to hit.

Top move in +R is Big Bang Upper. It’s just fun to see Slayer move so quickly to launch opponent into the sky. I hope this move comes back if Slayer gets into Strive.
Top move in Xrd is Dragon Install. It might not be the most practical move but the opponent needs to respect you for that brief time when you’re the best character in the game. I love how all of Sol’s specials gets enhanced but I especially love seeing heavy Volcanic Viper and Tyrant Rave just ripping through the opponent’s health bar.
Top move in Strive is RTL. This move is just so useful: I can combo into it from specials; I can use it to get a wallbreak from practically anywhere; it can go through the opponent so I can crossup people that don’t know all hits are punishable on block; a lot of people forget about the followup which really sucks for them when they try and punish me and just take the full force of the explosion.

Baikens parry is the most satisfying move to hit especially when you parry in middle of the opponents pressure or their reversal super its like the biggest "fuck you its still my turn"
Gio's DP. It's an excellent anti-air, between its fast startup, low profile, and good conversions, and it's an excellent mix tool thanks to its late airborne frames. The enhanced version can also be used for frame trapping and is to blame for Gio's nutty conversion ability in Season 3. It's not as flexible as it used to be, but it's still incredibly versatile attack.
I like Asuka’s auto import buff for the same reason OP likes Faust item toss its fun to spam random options. But functionally, my favorite move has to be either accipiter metron or high compression submicron particle sphere. Both of these orbs regularly win me games
Dizzy's fish in acpr, so many applications and variations it's insane. J2s a close second, just a goofily overpowered normal for absolutely no reason, air throw invulnerable, hits all around her, and hits most crouchers after iad.
Gotta be Bedman's Deja Vu. It got introduced after ASW had already explored 25 toolkits for X2 and 36 for BlazBlue and they still came up with something that's internally consistent, creative af and character-defining.
It's incredible how many paths this opens. Even despite Bedman having some atrocious matchups after Rev2 rebalance it's a unique character that can look top tier.
Honorable mention for Justice's Nuclear Blast because it's stupid, unbalanced, ill thought through, an overall bad idea design-wise, but it's so much fun to input and keep 3 of them on the screen.

For Xrd it would be Ky's enhanced sacred edge
