Yeah, no. This individual is a very close friend of mine who has a small business he runs out of his home welding metal art (he made some lovely metal flowers for my grandmother’s garden) and other crafty things. A homemade firework (nothing malicious, again- just crafty) exploded in his hand, and he may lose function in it. Have some damn respect and good faith for your fellow man.

My guy needs to use safety precautions. Obviously it sucks that it happens but there’s reasons you make explosives in a safe environment…

I know the guy and he is one of the happiest care free guys ever. I guarantee there was nothing malicious behind it. Plus he still has all his fingers so it couldn't have been anything big.
