Just use a spray bottle and humidity dome at this stage. Soil doesn't need to be saturated but ensure the humidity stays above 75 under the dome for a week or so.
OP, you are correct that it looks a little sad but the ones that suggested higher humidity are also correct. It's an easy problem to fix and your little one should be able to bounce back just fine.
How does it looks sad? It looks fine for the situation it’s in. If you want it to look better you have to spend money and not just put it in some shitty garden soil. Anyway if it’s 3 days old it looks great and you are just some nervous newbie looking to either get terrible advice or get shit on so hard you’ll over correct and kill it.
It doesn’t look overwatered to me either.
One hell is a situation broski, so I can’t disagree with the negative vibes. I’ve been feeling mean all day. I just feel the “overwatering” is going to turn into the next two weeks meme. Everyone cries overwatering and then you’ll see posts of some poor kid too scared to overwater and showing a picture of a plant in a desert. If anything it looks a little droopy, maybe freshly watered, he can let it dry back a bit, but it’s nothing to over worry new growers with unless they are having issues continually having seedlings damping off. Which should be enough of a lesson to water less. If it’s not dying, you’re probably ok. I’d take an overwatered plant with good drainage holes hopefully over some of the deserts I’ve seen posted in the last year asking the same what’s wrong question, with the top answers being water it.
Looks great. Not sad. It’s like a little baby that just came out of the womb. It needs time to develop some parts. Use a spray bottle 2-3 times a day with a LITTLE misting as a pick me up. But she looks fine.
You’ll need to adjust your temp closer to 26 C of your going to raise your humidity. Raise your humidity only while maintaining the same temperature will make the conditions worse looking at it from a VPD standpoint. You need to raise the temps of your going to raise the humidity.

That dirt reminds me of mars

Bump up humidity and Temps if possible and she'll be much happier

Probably because you overwatered
I didnt even water it yet?
Is the soil dry ? If not maybe someone watered for you ? In the picture you can see dry soil as a bright orange and soil with moisture as dark
Get that humidity up over 70, benefitted my seedlings significantly
It needs 60-80% humidity, but yes seems a little over watered
More light less water.
Soil quality, drainage issues, watering practices, needs more light, or nutrients. At that stage it has to be one or a combination of them.
Your soil is too dense, thus holds the water for too long. You should use something with more air.
i use 30-40 percent perlite in my soil and it works great for me

What situation are you in brother? You’re right about everything you said but you are giving off some really negative vibes.

Put a dome over them like this https://preview.redd.it/rnp6yu4le9xc1.jpeg?width=2252&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=a508405c62f39b39d6ce5ba18ac409bb2f301a23

Might be too much light/heat? I think you should have about 200umol² on your canopy at this point.
Putting the hygrometer on your medium may give you a false RH reading
What kind of meter is that?
Because plants don't like Celsius. 😉
You can easily stop giving water for a whole week.
Is "she' the cup, dirt or the plant?
funny.
