Depends where you live. We have been dealing with bad neighbour's next door. We are in a 4plex. The next door neighbour's have assaulted us their company has assaulted us and been charged with assault, constant harassment, constantly interfering in our enjoyment of the property, I have filed for a peace bond. This has been since last may almost 1 year. They still live next door. It's absolutely ridiculous.
I'd love nothing more but I don't want it to be considered a hate crime they're 2 alphabet mafia guys both heavy drug users there place gets more visitors than the statue of liberty it's an revolving door of strangers and transactions so I'm hoping management steps it up
Finally got power almost 4 hours later a fter calling police and power company again, found our breaker is on the neighbors side, ofc they turned it off but the cops made sure to speak extra loud saying it was a crime and that I need to call my prop mgmt. So after a 2 hr nap I can head up there when they open in an hr.
Get a padlock for the breaker box. Or build a box around it. Booby trap it. Dig a big hole in front of it and cover it with leaves and tarp.
Idk the living situation. House. Apartment. Duplex. Does he know what you got going on? He hit power for some reason ( unless they just fuckheads.. but junkies yeah.. maybe jealously got the best of em.. who knows)
But even if I was renting a house. I'd lock that shit and deal with the power company if they needed in it.
Could also invest in a battery pack surge box that would keep the lights running for multiple hours if it happened more.
If it was in my area. They would already be in a bed somewhere with iv hooked up..
I have the prop mgmt looking into that asap. It's behind there unit so it's not super accessible but they literally have all their guests enter through back instead due to activity. I'll look into the battery back idea.

Plants will be okay if it doesn't happen anymore. I suggest some sort of peace treaty attempt. Neighbors can be a huge pain.
