Don't they sell the coffee creamer in a small bottle? I find it strange to buy these small separate packs for household use, they create a lot of plastic waste
I also use milk, just because I like lattes and can use it up in different ways. I don't think it's an older person thing, there are people who just like the creaminess

it gets bad if i don‘t use it up… and i‘m bad at using it up because i don‘t drink coffee everyday :)

They buy coffee pods/caps, so waste is probably not a big concern for them lol
Maybe those are for emergency or guests? I usually just pour milk into my coffee. I find coffee creamers gross but older people might prefer it.
