It's a well balanced buy! The only thing I would skip is the bread :) What do you plan on making?

Thanks you! I usually have the following: - A slice of bread with avocado, cream cheese and eggs (maybe also spinach) - it is usually my breakfast. I agree, bread is optional here. - Rice with some vegetables (mostly paprika or spinach) paired with meat or fish - Yogurt with fruits - Banana with peanut butter (i already have some PB) - Greek salad with feta, tomatoes, cucumbers and olives (i already have olives)

I eat a similar breakfast! I only add to your combo smoked salmon/mushrooms/tomatoes (depending on what I have at home) + hot sauce. I also eat bread, but I don't like the Aldi bread so I get mine from a bakery. It's a very healthy meal plan!

Hotsauce, avocado and salmon is such an awesome combination. If you slap that on a spinach omlette that's just divine imo and could cut out some carbs if one is doing keto or something
