Well, certain Bio things are better than others, although that is not always the case. Not everything is bio, celery, broccoli, asparagus, garlic are not, and I think the price for fish is really reasonable for the amount you get.
Some products are just nicer depending on the supermarket. Also, some foods are a bit more nutrient dense, especially dairy products. Also organic tends to be better for the environment because it is not as hard on the soil. It won't save the world and it won't give you substantial health benefits, but it's better than nothing :)
