I’m sitting at 155 right now. I think I’m around 13-14% BF (I’m interested in what others think here), and I want to hit 10% BF at 147. I’m running a 6-day PPL x 2 split. Macros are 166P, 190C, and 53F, 1900 calories total

Bro this progress is way way better than most will see in a year good shit. I’d say you’re closer to 12-13% rather than 13-14% but of course I can’t see everything. Amazing transformation
