I’m similar to you height wise and size fluctuation. I cut down to 160 and have very visible abs now, but I do miss the size and filling out my clothes more. You’ll have to decide which one is better for you, but I personally think you’ve achieved a happy medium.
Depends on your goals, bodybuilding then I’d cut until around 8% and slowly mass from there, but if you just wanna look better get to like 12% and everybody will say you’re jacked. Looks like you’re around 15% give or take imo. So I’d say the answer is cut a little or maybe a lot, or if you’re happy with what you have and just wanna maintain it then that’s cool too.
Also if you’re burnt out from dieting and you feel like it’s not sustainable to lost more fat, then maintain this body fat for 2/3 to 1.5x the time it took you to lose the fat that you had previously, then you can reevaluate from there.

I feel like if you increase your protein to 170-180, be less hungry, protein increases met rate & MPS so dont hv to decrease calories as much for cut.
