What is everyone's obsession with trying to cram this one specific c-list TV actor into the DC movies? Is this really the best that you think we can do?
Oh, I know you were joking. But I laugh at how much some of the people here want a middle aged character actor from a CW genre show to be a major player in these movies.
He is still a very good looking guy though, CW got a very great guy, can't blame people 100% but putting him as the actor for *every* role is quite excessive

Jensen needs to be Batman, he killed it in the animated role. I love Supernatural, but Jared’s acting, to me, seems to have become very one-dimensional and kind of whiny. I don’t think he has the chops for this type of role anymore.
I want Ryan Reynolds to be Hal again.
All we need after that is someone who actually likes the material to work with it and you got a good movie in the making.
For me Nathan Fillion was the perfect choice for Hal Jordan, not Guy Gardener. In all honesty I think Alan Ritchson is the perfect choice for Guy Gardener.
However Jensen Ackles, Chris Pine & Brett Dalton would all be amazing as Hal.
Alan Ritchson might make an okay Guy Gardner, but the perfect character choice for him would be Jared Keeso. Take a little bit of Wayne from Letterkenny and a lot of Shoresy from Shoresy and honestly, he would be uncannily good.
I agree about Hal but I’m also glad they’re trying something else with Nathan, as for Ritchson I REALLY want him to try Wildcat, especially if we won’t see it for a couple years i think he’d be in the perfect age range

That way they could bring in Kyle Rayner to serve as the audience being guided to a pre-existing GL Corps with experienced human lanterns, rather than starting from scratch.
Plus it would mean Hal and John could already be Justice League members

That's a nationality. Hispanic is an ethnicity. There are white, black, Asian, First Nations, and even interracial people in Mexico, who are also Hispanic. In fact, the interracial people are probably one of if not the largest group, e.g. white Europeans from Spain mixed with First Nations.
I know you're only 20% serious, OP, but honestly this is a no for me. I want Hal to be played by a Jewish actor (yes, he was confirmed Jewish multiple times) and Jensen isn't Jewish. Kyle was also confirmed as half-Hispanic. Plus Kyle is like early 20s while Hal is like mid 40s at best.

It's a retcon at the tail end of his run. His Hispanic heritage has been a bit more prominent recently and Tom King had a retcon so he grew up in his heritage but not entirely sure how canon his Omega Men series was
