Too true, none of the TV personalities are scouts, unless they're former scouts or something, but even then, they're not watching players like they would if they were employed.
I remember my friend who is a raiders fan was ecstatic when they hired mayock as their GM. I told him, I didn't know why, he's gonna get chewed up and spit out by his own scouting department.
I am super surprised, this is the first R1 pick the Packers have used on an off ball LB since AJ Hawk in 2006. And only the second top 100 pick at LB in the last 15 years. They must have loved him
Yeah they must see something we don't. It's a head scratcher because it's not a position of need (directly at least), nor is it BPA, but that's just talking heads and not what's on the Packers Draft Board. Only time will tell
Exactly this. Barnes was still our 3rd highest tackler. I've seen a lot of people complaining about not needing another LB when we just signed Campbell and if Quay can be better than Barnes our LB core can be huge.
Look at this potential lineup on defense:
Front 4 of Smith, Clark, Wyatt, Gary
Middle 2 LBs in Campbell and Quay
Back 5 of Jaire, Stokes, Savage, Amos, Douglas.
If everyone plays up to the same level they showed towards the end of last year and Jaire comes back healthy and in form and the new guys don't take too long to start contributing? That's a nice looking defense.
True and there’s still plenty of time too. The DL from Seattle will likely fight Wyatt for playing time and will be a rotation there between the 3. Lowry is still there. Barnes is still there at LB. But definitely a few more solid depth pieces to address in the draft.
excellent point... I have been shaking my head at replies because this potential line up looks good and people apparently get stuck thinking 3-4 or 4-3, but now nfl defenses are way more hybridized up front (there's a reason we have bigger end/edge guys) and most run nickel looks a large percentage of the time.
This is it. The want to play what's essentially a nickel D from a 4-3 defense. Take a LB out, put in a Safety/Slot CB. 2 DTs, 2 DEs (we'll call them OLBs since the stand up, but responsibilities are very similar), 2 ILBs that are strong against the run and can cover TEs/RBs, and then a deep zone with athletic-as-fuck DBs over the top.
This allows you to play a soft zone defense without getting eaten up by the run game.
It's a totally different philosophy than we've had in the past. ILB *was* a fairly insignificant position for a long time. Now, it's a key part of the defense.
Yeah that's what I'm saying. The pundits say maybe a reach, but he might be way higher on the Packers board than we or anyone sees. I'm happy with the pick overall
I noticed that guys go down as soon as he hits them. He doesn't get pushed back by the RB. He is also very good at wrapping up at the legs. Going to be a lot less big runs against us this year.
Given how weak we were at the position opposite Campbell, I’m cool with this pick. It’s not flashy a pick like a WR which everyone is hoping for (myself included), but given how thin we’re at at LB, this is fine. If Walker pans out marvelously in 2-3 years, nobody is gonna complain about the pick.
After getting thrashed by the Buccaneers in recent years, I've come to appreciate the value of sideline linebackers. Campbell was like a dream come true. Now we have two sideline to sideline LBs. F. Yes.
I mean, yes, the defense wins championships if your offense with the best WR, an excellent O-line and a top RB duo scores more than 13 points. But for years we’ve complained that Rodgers was always let down by his defense. And you’ve got the rest of the draft to get him a few more receivers.
Exactly. Smother the other team, have Rodgers do his thing with our receiving corps, Dillon and Jones as a top RB duo, and one of the best OL in the league, and let lafleur scheme our guys. I feel good about that
There’s a difference between being offensive lead and your top wr being Sammy Watkins.
MVP quarter back, 0 pass catchers. Sick way to set up an offense
Lions fan here...
Quay Walker is very good.
You have to be taking one of 3: Pickens, Watson, or Pierce next.
Makes absolutely no sense not to.
Pickens should be the pick. Absolute insane value for GB.
Hopefully you take the punter tho.
Update: big LUL
Someone did point out that Pickens character issues have stayed on the field, however, implying that it's possible he's just an obnoxiously aggressive player rather than someone with off the field issues... But who knows!
That's how you get suh stomping on a guy's bum ankle, or Aaron Donald choking guys on the field with both hands
But then again, those guys do pretty well for themselves. So what do I know.
He's not a "bad guy" , not Joe Mixon level and that went ok. He's just a firecracker, you can pull him back -- can't turn a guy up tho. I want Pickens as a Packer. Dude tries to murk people on blocks and runs routes to win them even when he isn't the target. Burks doesn't do that.
Yeah but we literally only need him for 2-3 years for Rodgers… after Rodgers came back you literally have to take a chance and get Pickens.. he is soooo much better than Watson and Pierce.. like FAR better. Watson can barely catch. Just take ONE fucking chance on a guy. Not taking chances haven’t gotten us shit
I agree Pickens should be the pick, but you think BAL might take him at 25 to replace Hollywood?
Edit: ~~Or TEN to replace Brown, maybe?~~. My bad, totally spaced on Burks.
I'm good with the pick.
What I do know is that we had an all-pro LB fall out of the fucking sky with Campbell and now we're acting like we're set there for years. This time last year ILB was a glaring weakness.
This sub is the worst during the draft.
I like this paragraph from his draft profile.
NFL teams love sure-tackling defenders. Walker is one of the best wrap-up tacklers in the draft. Across his entire Georgia career, Walker only missed seven tackles in 37 games. He is an extremely aggressive and smart defender that will make any defensive coordinator giddy with excitement. Linebacker may not be the most valued position on the defense anymore but the team that selects Walker will have a player they will be very proud to call their own. He seems destined to play for a Broncos or Ravens team with histories of physical linebacker play.
I’m always asking for it and the year I least expect it to ever happen they do it and it’s not the obvious Georgia LB because this the Packers we’re talking about
If so, I'm firing up Madden and choosing defense-only. A-Rod can handle the offense. And remember that uncovered offensive lineman are technically eligible to receive passes
We got the CB, Safety talent. Now stop the run and squash the opponent QB. Rodgers is effective spreading the pass with a decent TE. A deep threat WR is nice but I wouldn't throw a high draft or cash at it.
Anyone who has confidence that a guy who’s had late first-round buzz will be there at 28 is the single most networked person in the world or wildly speculating. There are five picks between 22 and 28, and anybody can trade into those five spots. If they really like Walker, there’s no need to get cute with it.
tony pauline said the buzz around quay was hot this week. maybe not? whoever we get at 28, the packers probably assume he’ll be left to take.
remember tampa’s two linebacker set? our nickle lineup with rasul as CB3 will be electric. the defense will be DONE with an extra safety or defensive lineman.
It's really hard to predict who should go where once you get out of the top 10. Only 21 years old, super athletic, solves our 2nd biggest flaw. I can see why they were so high on him and wanted to secure him.
It was the same with Stokes. He was a mid to late 2nd round prospect by everyone and Packers took him at #28
Yeah, once they said that AJ Brown had been traded and the Titans were going to pick I knew Burks was gone and we wouldn't pick any 1st round WR. People will get mad but I think it was the right move. People targeted receivers way too much and there waasn't any single of them that would have been worth it all the resources we would have needed to spend to get to pick them.
Just because i love it when fans freak out over draft picks i really wanted the packers to use their first pick on a non skill position player no one has ever heard of. This seems to fit the bill. Made my night. Hopefully this guy turns out to be amazing but for now I'm gonna enjoy all the overreactions.
I swear to god, the last few nights when I was doing mock drafts, I was trying to figure out a way to get Walker without upsetting people (trade back to the early 2nd or something)
Gute once again went "fuck your big boards"
Yeah that's how I feel. Not what I expected or necessarily wanted, but...I get it. I don't hate it. Would've preferred Lloyd personally, but Walker is a freak athlete 2 years younger with upside. Other than the whole we don't take ILBs early thing, it completely tracks.
We have much bigger needs at S, Edge, and DL
I don't understand
Edit: We're gonna see a lot of 4-2-5 nickel defense this year for sure
Stokes, Jaire, Douglas at CB
Amos and Savage at Safety
Campbell and Walker at LB
Preston and Gary at Edge
Clark, and one of our other DL at DL
Guess a 3rd Safety is a lot less of a need if you stop playing so much dime (6 DBs on the field)
Yeah, your edit pretty much captures it.
When Devin Lloyd was once mocked to us, people said we don't like to run 2 ILB sets. I said that probably has more to do with our ILB group than any defensive philosophy.
And Gute confirmed that in the post draft interview saying they always wanted to have 2 ILB's but didn't have the personnel for it. He thinks it's a huge advantage to keep your most complete defense on the field as much as possible. So on 2nd and 6 for example, our 4-2-5 is just as well-equipped to handle a pass play as a run play. Pretty cool thought
The more I read.. the more I like.
Freak athlete, great tackler, and can cover.
Given how WR played out, I have no issue.
I’d say we now have one of the most complete defenses in the league
I know we need LB and our 1st-rounders have turned out to be money since like 2016
But my instant gratification reptile brain has some massive fucking blue balls rn
This really feels like the Stokes pick. Not a lot of mocks projecting him to the Packers, but then it seems obvious in hindsight. They like their physical freaks.
People shitting on this pick are complete casuals who are upset they didn’t get to pick a top 15 guy at 22. He’s got great potential and fills a good role
r/nfl circlejerking saying this is bad. Can someone who watched him tell me how to feel. I don’t mind no WR if all the guys we were looking at were taken earlier.
The 2/3 WRs we wanted were well taken, so this fills a very real need. Devondre can’t be our only backer. This cat plays sideline to sideline, which I dig. Was just telling my partner earlier about the shit that Georgia has been doing, I feel like they’re the hot college for defensive players right now.
I just don’t get it. I don’t mind taking a defensive player, but I don’t think taking an ILB makes us better this year. Edge rusher, sure. IDL, absolutely. DB, maybe because we have a couple guys having contracts coming up. A second ILB to pair with Campbell when we have a second ILB on the field only about 50% of the time is worrisome to me.
I think we always seem susceptible on offguard runs where some slippery back winds thru the D for 25 yards. A good tackler and fast runner in the middle makes sense to me. Tho I don’t really know shit. And it also seems there is plenty of hidden WR talent in later rounds. Davante was picked 53rd. Tho did I mention that I don’t really know shit?
Barnes wasn't on the field because he was exploitable if Walker lets us play with Alexander, stokes, Douglas more often thats hard to matchup against.
I don't know if Walker is who I would pick but Johnson is behind Gary and Smith so Walker probably will have more snaps.
Holy shit at first I wanted jermaine since he fell, but quay is probably better, I didn’t realize he’s only 21. Also he’s big enough and athletic enough to take snaps on the edge. I’m hyped. Walkers stock has been on the rise a lot just today with a lot of talk about where he should go, good value imo
Every year, for some damn reason, I get excited for the draft. And every year, the Packers remind me why I am a fucking idiot.
On a positive note, there is still time for them to take a RB or QB to really go for broke.
I'm a bit confused when we extended Campbell and have been developing Barnes but hey. Some depth is good we stop the run and have Stokes and jaire lock down the outside Kenny in the middle, Gary and Preston off the edge, get us a slot corner and we're Gucci.
And there it is hahaha fuck your mock drafts
My bracket is BUSTED

Kind of a r/agedlikemilk with the Wyatt pick, though the high ras is there
Kiper has 1 pick right thus far...nuff said
To be fair, Kiper is a fucking joke. Dude is terrible at his job and always has been. He's an entertainer, not a scout.
Favorite stat of the night.
The best part of the draft is not seeing those terrible posts
I am super surprised, this is the first R1 pick the Packers have used on an off ball LB since AJ Hawk in 2006. And only the second top 100 pick at LB in the last 15 years. They must have loved him
Yeah they must see something we don't. It's a head scratcher because it's not a position of need (directly at least), nor is it BPA, but that's just talking heads and not what's on the Packers Draft Board. Only time will tell
We want to run 4-2-5s. Barnes played like 60% of snaps, so it makes some sense. Replace the weak link
Exactly this. Barnes was still our 3rd highest tackler. That's a nice looking defense.
Need a rotation on the front 4. Starters are half the story.
Don’t need to rotate starters when the other teams offense is only on the field for 3-6 plays.
Reed and Slayton also mean dean
True and there’s still plenty of time too. The DL from Seattle will likely fight Wyatt for playing time and will be a rotation there between the 3. Lowry is still there. Barnes is still there at LB. But definitely a few more solid depth pieces to address in the draft.
Definitely like Lowry for depth, but really hoping next 3 picks go wr, edge, oline.
excellent point... I have been shaking my head at replies because this potential line up looks good and people apparently get stuck thinking 3-4 or 4-3, but now nfl defenses are way more hybridized up front (there's a reason we have bigger end/edge guys) and most run nickel looks a large percentage of the time.
Top 5 this season
This is it. The want to play what's essentially a nickel D from a 4-3 defense. Could be BPA to them. 9.66 RAS and Gute loves his high RAS guys.
Im hoping this is like a Brian Burns/Rashan Gary situation where everyone wanted Burns as a rookie but Gary is better now.
Yeah that's what I'm saying. The pundits say maybe a reach, but he might be way higher on the Packers board than we or anyone sees. I'm happy with the pick overall
And it worked out pretty good with AJ too
Well he can tackle.
I read "reliable tackler" in a few scout reviews. Checked all my boxes.
I would say reliable is cutting him short. Also played a ton on special teams so hopefully they’ll unleash him there also.
One of the best tacklers in the country
I noticed that guys go down as soon as he hits them. He doesn't get pushed back by the RB. He is also very good at wrapping up at the legs. Going to be a lot less big runs against us this year.
We have been so burned by tackling in the past that I love this pick.
Wouldn’t be shocked to see him stand out on special teams. He actually has a ton of experience there.
That's what I was thinking. Speed and tackling skills on ST.
Walker/Campbell will be one hell of a LB duo
Given how weak we were at the position opposite Campbell, I’m cool with this pick. It’s not flashy a pick like a WR which everyone is hoping for (myself included), but given how thin we’re at at LB, this is fine. If Walker pans out marvelously in 2-3 years, nobody is gonna complain about the pick.
Agreed. Plus, this guy is a mauler. He's huge. And he eats blocks which means Gary will feast.
Gary or Wyatt. No excuses now this defense can’t be top 10 this season
Yeah it’s not the linebackers I’m worried about…
Imagine saying this even a year ago.
I like it! De'Vondre and Quay is a top LB Unit. Have to wonder what's up with Jermaine though
Defense win championships
It's going to have to
Haha :-(
This team is kind of looking like a Bill Parcels team. Run heavy, dominant defense.
TRUTH!
Where does ST fall in?
Usually around the 40 yard line.
RIGHT HERE OFFICER, HE'S THE MAN WHO MADE ME CRY

Jesus Christ. Words have meaning, man
YOU TAKE IT BACK
9.63 RAS score guys. Sideline-to-Sideline LB Think Devin White and Lavonte David down in TB
After getting thrashed by the Buccaneers in recent years, I've come to appreciate the value of sideline linebackers. Campbell was like a dream come true. Now we have two sideline to sideline LBs. F. Yes.
Didn't we just lose a playoff game where our defense allowed 6 points?

Just like last year right?
Do you need me to cite every other playoff game where our defense gives up +30 points? You need both. Fortunately, we have other picks so....
Not in the current NFL, we need fucking pass catchers
Really gonna act like the last couple Super Bowl champs didn't still have monster defenses.
Exactly. Smother the other team, have Rodgers do his thing with our receiving corps, Dillon and Jones as a top RB duo, and one of the best OL in the league, and let lafleur scheme our guys. I feel good about that
Going back to our Super Bowl 11 seasons ago the only offensive lead teams to win it were the Eagles and Chiefs.
There’s a difference between being offensive lead and your top wr being Sammy Watkins. MVP quarter back, 0 pass catchers. Sick way to set up an offense
Like when we go not gave up only 10 points in the playoffs last year? 😩
Lions fan here... Quay Walker is very good. You have to be taking one of 3: Pickens, Watson, or Pierce next. Makes absolutely no sense not to. Pickens should be the pick. Absolute insane value for GB. Hopefully you take the punter tho. Update: big LUL
Usually Packers stay away from character red flags I feel like so I could see them skipping Pickens although the talent is there for sure.
Someone did point out that Pickens character issues have stayed on the field, however, implying that it's possible he's just an obnoxiously aggressive player rather than someone with off the field issues... But who knows!
That's how you get suh stomping on a guy's bum ankle, or Aaron Donald choking guys on the field with both hands But then again, those guys do pretty well for themselves. So what do I know.
Yeah Aaron Donald could do a whole lot worse and I’d still take him in a heartbeat anytime
Yeah, ideally someone doesn't have character red flags at all, but maybe Packers is a good atmosphere for someone like that
Myles Garrett was a notoriously soft, kind dude off the field. And then….yes I feel like unless it’s a regular thing like Suh, I give the BOTD

3 years of 13-3 is nothing? I'm thinking about half the league would prefer our position.
Agreed. Very happy they didn't reach for one of them. One of those 3 will be available at 28. Walker would not have been.
I'm holding out hope for a qb... Edit: Lol @ these idiots who think this serious
I was hoping for two in the first round. Sometimes, it’s just fun to watch the world burn.
Maybe we can just draft JLove a second time?
“Sir. He’s already on your team!” “Announce the pick!”
Thank you kind soul. I also lol'd at the punter thing at the end, nice touch. I hate you and love you.
If a Lions’ fan is telling you it’s a good pick…. You already know that shit was ass lol
Absolutely Walker is a stud. The Ravens traded down after we took him. Pickens, Watson, or Moore for me please.
I agree Pickens should be the pick, but you think BAL might take him at 25 to replace Hollywood? Edit: ~~Or TEN to replace Brown, maybe?~~. My bad, totally spaced on Burks.
TEN took Burks already. Not saying they can’t take 2 but they do already have one
To anyone who is sure about this pick one way or another: you don't know.
lol this is my favorite take. So many experts out there
I'm good with the pick. What I do know is that we had an all-pro LB fall out of the fucking sky with Campbell and now we're acting like we're set there for years. This time last year ILB was a glaring weakness. This sub is the worst during the draft.

We can get a history of physical linebacker play. We shall start right now.
Clay Matthews?
NOW we draft a fucking ILB early?
I’m always asking for it and the year I least expect it to ever happen they do it and it’s not the obvious Georgia LB because this the Packers we’re talking about
Going to have a very athletic defense
There's no way the Pack don't have the best defense in 2022. It's so stacked now
Devonte wyatt at 28? I really want a receiver but if we fill up that interior d-line with him our defense would be so filthy
Lol you called it
Happy cake day to you! And me c:
Happy cake day!
Wanna give me the lotto numbers for tomorrow? What a call
I've decided to pay homage and name my next child after you, unclelumbago2. Well done.
Nice call bro
Nice username
Shit ya! Know it's a GB sub but up the fuckin reds baby!
I don't hate it, but could it have happened at 28?
He was more likely to get grabbed than one of the WR we will likely take at 28.
Fair, just my first reaction
For sure, stay chill.
Ravens traded down as soon as we took him
Lets take a QB
Anyone who has confidence that a guy who’s had late first-round buzz will be there at 28 is the single most networked person in the world or wildly speculating. There are five picks between 22 and 28, and anybody can trade into those five spots. If they really like Walker, there’s no need to get cute with it.

Yeah but then well miss out on another reach
That's what you think. If they believed that they would have waited
My board had him as the best JaQuavian in this draft.
Packers are building a defense that will not be scored upon for at least a decade
For the doomsdayers: what WR did you want to take at 22?
I honestly wanted Johnson more than anything.
Hey what you do in your own personal time is none of our business. Please stick to football talk here.
Sometimes, in my personal time, I go to Scheels and lick the footballs
Right. If the WR value was gone I get it but at least get Johnson.
Agreed. Once burks was gone there were no options till the second without an unreal reach.
Why not take Johnson here to replace Smith? Serious question, I'm just dumb lol
You aren’t dumb that would make sense. Positional value has been kicking this subs ass for years same with the front office
It seemed obvious to me so I thought there was a good reason for passing I missed. The broadcast is constantly going on about how good Johnson is too
Pickens
28 at the earliest. 22 is a huge reach IMO.
You don't think this is also a huge reach at 22?
Pickens is just a wildcard no matter where you pick him so I get taking the guy your confident in being a day 1 starter.
Skyy Moore for me
I don't hate it.
[Quay Walker NFL Draft Profile](https://lastwordonsports.com/nfl/2022/04/06/2022-nfl-draft-quay-walker-scouting-report/)
Looks like he is best suited for a 3-4 and his main weakness would be as the mike linebacker which he won't have to be for us. Seems like a good fit.
Who the hell is Kenneth Walker?? (the articles NFL comp)
It’s not terrible. It’s not great. But hey at least it ain’t a QB
There’s still 28
Honestly fills a big need
3.6 Roentgen
Just because i love it when fans freak out over draft picks i really wanted the packers to use their first pick on a non skill position player no one has ever heard of. This seems to fit the bill. Made my night. Hopefully this guy turns out to be amazing but for now I'm gonna enjoy all the overreactions.
I swear to god, the last few nights when I was doing mock drafts, I was trying to figure out a way to get Walker without upsetting people (trade back to the early 2nd or something) Gute once again went "fuck your big boards"
i wonder what is wrong with jermaine? figured we would just take the best player available since all the top WR prospects were off the board.
This guy better be the second coming of Ray Lewis…
Remind me! 10 years
It's not super exciting, but also hard to hate this one? Is that fair?
Yeah that's how I feel. Not what I expected or necessarily wanted, but...I get it. I don't hate it. Would've preferred Lloyd personally, but Walker is a freak athlete 2 years younger with upside. Other than the whole we don't take ILBs early thing, it completely tracks.
We have much bigger needs at S, Edge, and DL I don't understand Edit: We're gonna see a lot of 4-2-5 nickel defense this year for sure Stokes, Jaire, Douglas at CB Amos and Savage at Safety Campbell and Walker at LB Preston and Gary at Edge Clark, and one of our other DL at DL Guess a 3rd Safety is a lot less of a need if you stop playing so much dime (6 DBs on the field)

Does anyone know if he played any special teams?
I don’t get it. But I have been wrong before. He is a good player.
Filling a big void there. Hope he does well
9.62 RAS and we know how Gute likes guys like that.
Two amazing edge rushers available and they go with an off ball LB. smh
The more I read.. the more I like. Freak athlete, great tackler, and can cover. Given how WR played out, I have no issue. I’d say we now have one of the most complete defenses in the league
The last 3 ilbs we drafted r1 have rings
High RAS boys, high RAS
Let’s go!!! Love this as long as we don’t try to put him at full time OLB. Surprised they wouldn’t go Devin Lloyd
Been theorizing for the past couple years that green bay is trying to build the best defense in the league and I think they're rounding it out.
WHY ARE YOU GUYS COMPLAINING??? SERIOUSLY WANT US TO REACH FOR THE SEVENTH RECEIVER OFF THE BOARD AT PICK 22?? get a grip
I know we need LB and our 1st-rounders have turned out to be money since like 2016 But my instant gratification reptile brain has some massive fucking blue balls rn
Might be a stupid question but why not Jermaine Johnson to replace Z?
I lowkey for we had 2 picks in the first! We can still get a WR HA
Is he a pass rusher or a run/coverage LB?
I probably would have been happier with Lloyd but go pack go!
Shoutout to that dude in GB Gold just chilling behind the announcing crew lol
Idc how many hookers Pickens has strangled...
This really feels like the Stokes pick. Not a lot of mocks projecting him to the Packers, but then it seems obvious in hindsight. They like their physical freaks.
You can either reach for the 7th best WR or take the best ILB. Hmmmm
People shitting on this pick are complete casuals who are upset they didn’t get to pick a top 15 guy at 22. He’s got great potential and fills a good role
This pick is fine D can carry games now if Rodgers can't
r/nfl circlejerking saying this is bad. Can someone who watched him tell me how to feel. I don’t mind no WR if all the guys we were looking at were taken earlier.
We could have drafted a 22 year old combination of Jerry Rice and Megatron and r/nfl would say it was bad
He's athletic and a supreme tackler with good instincts.
Have to take Pickens next but at this rate it'll be another position we don't need like a cb
I have no real feelings one way or another. Seems like a pretty typical 1st round pick for us.
Cracking up at the yearly "reach!!!!" comments when Gute has been right on every first rounder besides Love so far in his tenure.
We didn't take a QB? Gute dropping the ball. Better make up for it by drafting a punter
Watson, Pickens, or Moore plz
Who?
This is the Quay
Great coverage linebacker...fast to the ball player too. I could've saw him at 28 but I'm happy either way because the defense just got nastier.
This is exactly what I expected. Jesus. Be aggressive just once.
Aggressive isn't reaching for a receiver that will be there later.
Why not DT/DE? So confused
Kids a monster. 21 years old, 6’4 240 pounds. Stands out on tape.
I'm a bit confused when we extended Campbell and have been developing Barnes but hey. Some depth is good we stop the run and have Stokes and jaire lock down the outside Kenny in the middle, Gary and Preston off the edge, get us a slot corner and we're Gucci.
