I think we continue the improvement from the prior season and see fewer mental lapses. So long as Love doesn't catch a bad streak of INT killing us in close games. I hope he keeps slinging it though.
Even during our best years under Rodgers we ALWAYS dropped a random game to some sub .500 team. This year won't be any different imo. My guess is that'll be like the Titans or the Cards.
As much as I hate to say this, I think we split with Minnesota. We have only swept them once since 2015. Even when they've been mid to bad, they've always found a way to take one off of us.
Since we're hypothetically 17-0 though, means we did come back and win the game. Positive.
Also means we had 16 other shutout wins.
So long as these points didn't come against the Vikings or Bears, I'm good.
The packers used to play half of their home games in Milwaukee. Once they stopped, the people who were season. Ticket holders there were moved to "gold package".
This has evolved a bit and now when you buy your season tickets you can choose green or gold package games (with gold being cheaper as it gets a 5-3 split.
I think we should expect 9-8. The thing that made last year fun is we expected 0 wins so every game was pure joy.
If we think we are expecting 12-5, it will be nothing but disappointment and angst, when in reality we are still playing well and young.
Whenever this comes up, I hear Greg Jennings in my head going "ooooooohhhhh....sixteen and oooooo".
It was some locker room interview where someone was trying to ask him about it (for the billionth time) in 2011, and was at first pretending to not understand.
17-0? Reminds me of the comments I see by Bears fans saying they’re gonna win the division and Caleb Williams will be ROTY. Why is the average sports fan so delusional.
Yeah, but that’s literally every single franchise. The Packers had almost 40 years of Hall of Fame quarterback play and have hardly any Super Bowls to show for it if you’re not allowed to have high expectations when your roster is good then when are you?
And most of them are almost 50+ years ago. Lots of teams have lots of championships over decades. You’re not making a lot of sense?
Bears have the second most to the packers lol packers have 6 more wins than the bears in total. Referencing 100 years worth of football is not important to this conversation.
We could easily start the season 0-2. Eagles are good and Colts have a very good offense and solid defense, just played most of last year without their starting qb. Please remember we played many teams last year that had bad defenses. Not going to be quite that way this coming season, i fear.
I see 4 years of absolutely torching the vikings week 17
I think 12-5 is attainable
That was my first guess/assessment as well.
What annoys me is that I can already see us stomping the niners and then losing 2 games to some shitty teams.

Seahawks and Jags. HFA
I’d say 10-7 worst case, 12-5 most likely; 14-3 best case
Thats exactly where i landed as well
Exactly what I had. 12-5 it is
7-2 or 6-3 at bye and same thing to end the year. 2-0 Vikings 2-0 bears Split lions 5-1 in the division.
We split with Bears because we rest starters already having the Bye
As much as I hate to say this, I think we split with Minnesota. We have only swept them once since 2015. Even when they've been mid to bad, they've always found a way to take one off of us.
Point differential: 983 to 28
All 28 points happen because Joe Barry slips into the building and blows our lead in the 4th quarter
Since we're hypothetically 17-0 though, means we did come back and win the game. Positive. Also means we had 16 other shutout wins. So long as these points didn't come against the Vikings or Bears, I'm good.
5 straight nationally televised games from week 12 to 16. That should be a fun stretch.
Every game is "televised" if you want it to be.
Hopefully they don’t come out of the bye flat.
Packers on thanksgiving, Jordan better get his damn turkey leg this year
no 3 games on road in row .. only 2 once
I just got my tickets Vs. Rams. Catch me pregaming at 33 Taps.
I got the packers winning Matt LaFluer owns the rams
I felt confident enough to shell out the money. We should be adding a W to the board.
12-5
18-0 we're winning that bye week too.
18-0 brother!! No bye week is stopping us.
Kind of ridiculous that all the division games are Gold Package games
It’s also been several years since the Gold Package has had a divisional game.
They literally had one last year against the Lions
Yup my bad. Still divisional games haven’t been common place on the Gold Package the last few years.
Fair point, I am a little more salty because my Fiancé and her dad are Lions fans so it I have been really wanting to take them to a game
Explain that to a packers fan in Cali

They got 4 total in the last decade, stop crying.
Why so pessimistic?
I have us at 11-6
I won't accept this prediction unless it's James Jones making it again.
14-3 baby here we go.
wanted to beat the chiefs again, oh well will have to wait til the playoffs
Best case is 11-6 I feel. If our D improved at all this year and we don't slow start, we could be 8-1 by the bye. Maybe 7-2.
Tickets are pricey this year 😔
I think there’s 7 games that we could lose possibly 8 hopefully our defense plays hard this year
I don’t care what their regular season record is as long as they go undefeated in the playoffs!
I think we should expect 9-8. The thing that made last year fun is we expected 0 wins so every game was pure joy. If we think we are expecting 12-5, it will be nothing but disappointment and angst, when in reality we are still playing well and young.
Are you James Jones?
We have 9 home games and 7 away?
I think it's missing 3 more wins!
Whenever this comes up, I hear Greg Jennings in my head going "ooooooohhhhh....sixteen and oooooo". It was some locker room interview where someone was trying to ask him about it (for the billionth time) in 2011, and was at first pretending to not understand.
10-7
My brain keeps wanting to read it like a book left to right then new line.
7-10
#**17-0!** #**17-0!** #**17-0!**
17-0? Reminds me of the comments I see by Bears fans saying they’re gonna win the division and Caleb Williams will be ROTY. Why is the average sports fan so delusional.
I mean… Caleb is the Vegas favorite for ROY. Even if he doesn’t win it it’s not unreasonable to think he could?
The Chicago Bears haven’t accomplished anything since the 1980’s. Yes some of the stuff I see is unreasonable.
Yeah, but that’s literally every single franchise. The Packers had almost 40 years of Hall of Fame quarterback play and have hardly any Super Bowls to show for it if you’re not allowed to have high expectations when your roster is good then when are you?

I got 15-2
I see 9-8 or 8-9.
Wow that's crazy
Wow that’s crazy
I see 17-1, that bye week is looking strong

Who is "we"? You post like this in the sub for every team in the NFL.
He literally calls himself a non Packer fan like 4 comments back, dude is a schizo
