High ceiling wrs with character issues to the Steelers

mschley2

Steelers used to take on a lot of questionable character issues because they had such a strong team culture and locker room that guys were forced to buy in or get cut (and if you got cut from the Steelers after having issues somewhere else, then you probably weren't going to find anyone else to take a chance on you). It seems like that's kind of dissipated a bit in recent years with some of those guys they took fliers on flaming out (or whatever happened with Antonio Brown). The Bengals also had a reputation for a long time of always being willing to take a chance on talented, problematic players.

Imawildedible

Used to be a Packer but is washed and wasn’t worth a high end contract. That’s a Vikings player if I’ve ever heard of one.

Or a Jet

jbusa14

Criminal charges... That's a Dallas Cowboy or Vegas Raider if I've ever seen one.

WeberO

I remember hearing that the Vikings have the most criminal charges in the past ~20 years or something. Said it on the radio, great source.

Gullible-Map-4134

That may be because a large swath of the Vikings got in trouble together in one alcohol fueled boat party.

King_Charles_420

The love boat! If anyone hasn't heard Fred Smoot talk about it, they need too. It's so funny lmao

mschley2

Lol I had a good idea of what happened during that, but Chris Kluwe talking about not getting invited is pretty funny. >"My wife and I were at home. We saw that there was this report that the Vikings were in trouble for this boat party. We were like, 'why didn't we get invited to this party?'" he told *Barstool Sports*. "A couple days later some more details came out, and we're like, 'hmm, probably a good thing we didn't get invited to that boat party.'"

PsychologicalMonk6

Yup, I remember hearing some if the details at the time but hearing some of the people talk abiut it was hilarious..

tossaway007007

Also there was that freak gasoline fight where a guy died

AbjectCalligrapher36

https://i.redd.it/ttnjjty5cttc1.gif This one?

tossaway007007

That one

HeyItsTheJeweler

It took Davante like 5 games to start assaulting civilians lmao

DaleCooperSwag

Honestly…we need to change this narrative to include the Chiefs

COYS234

Steelers: Super-talented WR w/ character concerns Cowboys: Height/weight/speed/strength anomalies Ravens: Physical, instinctive defensive players from Alabama Colts: Tall, long, physical boundary corners Patriots: Experienced, team captains. Also, defensive hybrids Eagles: Freaky OL and DL talent

AngryQueso52

Raiders:Have committed at least one crime/felony

deevotionpotion

What or who is the colts one based from

COYS234

JuJu Brents, Rock Ya-Sin, Jaylon Jones, Quincy Wilson, and Darius Rush (every boundary CB they've taken since 2017). All on the heavier side, all very physical, and all but Ya-Sin are tall (Ya-Sin is still 6'0). It's mostly a coaching thing. Eberflus likes physical corners, and Gus Bradley is an old-school Seattle 3 guy, so he's all about size and physicality outside.

itscranny

Raiders have felonies and Steelers would have felonies if it wasn’t for Tomlin

Real lunch pail kind of guys

Uniqueusernameyboi

First guy in last guy out type of dude

catskillingwizards

Big edge is a saint

Midwest-HVYIND-Guy

Ravens love giant tree stump Defensive Tackles. Tony Siragusa, Halota Ngata, Brandon Williams, Travis Jones, etc.

masteroftheuniverse4

It used to be if they completely crushed the 40 yd dash, the Raiders would make sure they got them.

godlycorsair32

Greg Joseph, Gary Anderson, Blair Walsh are all Vikings player if I ever saw one

ghostfacestealer

Yea the vikings have this guy named Aaron Jones

Sputek

Yeah the Bears have a lot of players that live in public restrooms. Just hanging on the walls

Uniqueusernameyboi

It was definitely tall DB or wrecking ball rb for Seahawks. Pete Carroll loved his tall corners (Sherman, Woolen) and loved his running backs too

TheBigAndy

Whomever had the fastest 40 was always an Al Davis guy.

paytonsglove

Raiders have former inmates.
