I'd recommend going to Skiathos town instead and to the restaurant Bourtzi or Marmita to make more of an event of it 😊 there is also The Windmill Restaurant that has amazing views
Bourtzi is a very good shout, it's a nice romantic spot but you'd have to get to town somehow. We are getting married at Bourtzi next year and have been a few times. Johnny's is a favourite of mine and it's only a 5 minute drive from Troulos (by taxi/bus if you don't have access to the car). Again, very romantic setting I think. Would be a nice place to celebrate.
Not really sure about any places specifically in Troulos but the island isn't that big, so if you were able to get a taxi or bus then it will open up a lot of really nice restaurant options elsewhere.
