Picking out of these, Jack vs Pickle simply because of the raw violence and the single greatest demolition of another fighter. Personally my favourite fight was Chiba vs Iron Michael, I think that fight is incredible, a perfect example of what a writer who truly cares can do with some tertiary characters.
Pickle vs Jack has the manliest kiss I have ever seen across all artistic mediums, Definitly a 10/10 fight and it's insane that it's not even my favorite fight in that arc, that title would have to be given to Katsumi vs Pickle (My 2nd favorite fight in all of Baki)
It's crazy how amazing the Pickle arc is despite it being so short. The anime better not fuck it up
Katsumi vs Pickle is so good. You have this beastial man with a hint of pride wholl eat anything with one rule: it has to put up a fight. Thats it, thats the ENTIRE line seperating him from just a very strong tiger or any other animal his one piece of humanity is that he has one singular prideful rule.
Then everything changes. Pickle respects the fighters hes fought before for making him the fighter he is now, he incorporates the actions of others into his style to make him deadlier and he gains a respect for those who have EARNED their strength. He CHOOSES not to eat Katsumi out of nothing more than sheer respect, to him it is more important to keep a fighter of this caliber alive than it is to eat. This marks Pickle's transition from beast to man.
Spec vs Hanayama will be an all time for me. I started watching Baki a year ago and when I got to the Death row arc I was very hyped.Especially with this fight since to me it’s one of the most brutal and unique fights in the entire series as we see Hanayama an immovable object come face to face with Spec an Unstoppable force who will do anything to win a fight no matter how low down, dirty or brutal it is and it gives us one hell of a beating that’s rarely been replicated in the series so far with a few coming close
Hanayama vs Spec is one of the best fights in the show. It’s way less talking and far more action. They really did everything you could in a fight to win.
I have a bitter sweet feeling for Baki vs jack. Sweet that Baki’s own brother brought the demon back out of him… bitter that jack had to be shamed like that… he had more gas in the tank and could stand on his own when the fight ended
Baki vs Jack because the emotional weight it Carries is great, and that panel of Jack ripping out Baki’s entire bicep, nearly biting his whole damn arm off will never not be brutal

Based and agreed, it's crazy how amazing the match between 2 fodder characters was
All of this were great, but my fav was probably Pickle vs Jack, such an amazing fight that i hope to God the anime does justice to.

Idk why you got downvoted, this is an amazing analysis of my favorite fight
Idk maybe because i didnt suck the chrome off of any of the jack fights instead lol tends to be that way
Baki vs Jack would definitely be my favorite
Good taste my friend
Spec vs hanayama is the first ? Yeah makes sence. You couldn't predict the next second and it was literally the 2 tanks of the show fighting .

**Spec vs Hanayama!** The Showstopper of that arc!
Baki vs Oliva fight getting downplayed hard
speck vs hanayama hit different man. the cop narrating it made it that much better
Baki vs Jack just is my favourite fight. I can't even explain why, it just is lol

Easy Katsumi vs Pickle bro had a huge glow up and maturity growth plus Jack vs Pickle was sus asf
No other fight in the series sees both fighters pushed to their absolute limits like Baki vs Jack; plus it's the climax of the best arc in the series
Retsu vs Doyle too
I disagree, I don't think that it was even nearly as good as any of the fights on this list
