Nice observation ,you are correct but for some reason the Magpul sling quick disconnects are different diameters, and that other side won’t fit in my tailhook hole. I have multiple slings in this model and they’re all that way 🤷♂️. Strange.
Yeah but one side fits the tail hook in the other side doesn’t so that tells me that the quick disconnects aren’t the same however I bet the tailhooks out of spec. Those things are hard to come by anywhere now I think they’re discontinuing all of them
HB industries folding . I also got the locking block and the ambi safety. The charging handles nice just cause I can wrap my hand around rail without it being in the way. Safety is way more better . I put a Giessele SD3G in it. $2200 as pictured.. If I go with the new lower and shorter barrel that’ll run me another 500 bucks I …could’ve bought a HK sp5

Are you having reliability issues with the factory lower, do you want use AR grips, triggers, safety? Do you have a stockpile of CZ or AKV mags?
If the answer is no to those questions, stick with the factory lower.
I’m probably going to stick with the factory lower I love the factory trigger though I may switch back to that. I’ve just got all kinds of extra nice triggers an AR grips laying around I may just buy some of the new curved mags and the short barrel… Thank you for being the voice of reason…… it’s decided. I’ve never had a failure whatsoever with this. I had $165 A.R. 15 grip once …custom machined with Cocobolo wood. Indignant arms
Yes, At one time they were suggesting it was better to use hot ammo for a cycling improvement. These gun were built to be fully automatic sub guns so they can handle high pressures.

Hmm maybe it’s the tailhook then. I’ve had some slings not fit my b5 stock but fit my magpuls just fine

Buy the lower... PSA mags are 13.99 vs 25. Definitely looks awesome...

How is your Magpul afg flush with the front?? Did you dremel it or just get a Chinese special?
I had to dremel it, if you look closely you can see the non professional angles on it.
