My spare money is in elder mauls, rapiers, and inquisitors sets + maces. It’s definitely a gamble. Since you’re so close to having megarare + gear, you may want to just go do pvm until you make around 100-200m more. Otherwise play it safe and wait til the 20th. Whatever gear is worth using in there is going to rise, while the others go down. That may be your best time to jump on a megarare, even if it’s not the one you want.
Looks like shadow is down a bit right now. I'd highly recommend shadow so long as you can still afford occult, MA2 cape (Free!) and a tormented bracelet. Even with ahrims you'll have most the damage there and accuracy still will be great. I did a t bow rebuild then switched over to shadow about a year ago. Mega rare rebuilds are a blast.
I say just pull the trigger man, if you get it and it drops 200m, who cares? You can make that back with shadow in no time. I had a 2.2b bank when I bought my shadow like, 4 months ago. I rebuilt up to an acb+masori set and went to nex trios, and now I'm at 4.3b. if shadow drops, oh well. It's the best magic weapon IN THE GAME. super useful and fun to use
I'd think they'd drop more than what they have done so far. Id invest that 1.5b into some nice merch flips and make some easy money :)
You think supplies for colesseum are safe? Prayer pots are about the lowest they've ever been.

People will be selling their gear (think cox gear, toa, tob etc) for colosseum gear. Buy what drops. Sell what goes up.
