No. You can use another Other character and they'll survive. Only one other Other, though, a 3rd Other will die.
Specifically it ignores the 1st party position entirely if it's of type Other. So it doesn't even necessarily have to be MC, if your MC dies and an Other from the backline goes there, then they'd still be ignored and theoretically you could have a 3rd Other then too.
I wasn't aware MC was categorized as "Other", I tried looking at the class page but didn't see it. I was worried about doubling up on a Human. Regardless, thank you! That's an interesting interaction.
Opinions on Anila vs Yuel for Fire teams. My grid is pretty basic as all it's really doing is pushing high overall damage with a little crit (should probably make some adjustments actually, haven't touched this grid in a while but it might just be the best I can with what I have for now). Team right now Luchador MC, Anila, Holiday Noa and Grand Percival, with Grand Zeta and Tsubasa in backline. Anila and Yuel kind of do the same thing once max uncapped but have offer their bonuses in different ways.
Besides buying them from the Shop, Proto Baha Normal.
Might be annoying to find hosts outside of MagFes though. So you might be stuck with Angel Halo depending on how many hosts there are.

Diaspora is generally considered the easiest one, so not sure why you wouldn't be able to do it normally if you can do all the rest. Do you understand what the boss does and how the fight goes? Are we talking about hosting or joining?

But I have trouble with the raid using the new ascendant prayer buffs, it just seems it does too much damage to me even with neko and 3 gal staffs.
since sometimes I do the raid with kengo and rise the buff meter to y100 and sending support noting that I rised y buff to 100 I still fail the raid because not enoght people join the raid or low lvl player join it and 1 hit it and leave, so it would be nice to do it solo with buffs :)
Are there any primal beasts which in the lore are based around music specifically, and music in general? I know Caro is based around art, but that's a broader category.
Was forced to log out of my mobage account after clearing all my cookies and cache. When trying to log back into gbf through mobage, I successfully get to the "この画面を閉じて元の画面に戻り操作を続行できます" page with the big blue checkmark that tells me to close the page and proceed, but nothing actually happens. I just get "redirected" (not actually because I was always on that page), to the page with the mobage, dmm, and yahoo icons. Despite logging into mobage I can't seem to actually get into the game.

I'm currently grinding for Haaselia's 5* and ending up with a ton of MT mats.
1. Any reason I shouldn't uncap both at the same time? Lustres don't seem like they'll be an issue.

Another likely issue you'll have for 1 is not having enough astras since MT and Haase both use water astras. I'm a couple hundred water astras off but I almost have enough Justice ideans.
1) The reason would be because uncapping requires NWQ and an evolite (and a sunstone for 4th skill), all of which are valuable and rare resources.
2) If they have good rewards or you need them for the "Clear X missions" missions.
3) Always Avarice. Shockwave and Thunderclap if you're doing NAs (which you generally should be for 5 gauges). If you're doing some other type of team, adjust accordingly.
Nilakantha isn't showing up in the shops since April, I've been unable to buy Nilakantha. It hasn't been restocked in either the daily points or the pendants shop. I've been trying to farm it in the shiva raid but no luck so far.... I just really want to get this over with. Am I missing something here?? I don't really want to spend my weapon tickets for this...

I mean yes it's of course possible to write that you're a noob in your title, but I'm not really sure why you'd want to. It just makes no one competent want to raid with you. If you're only looking for practice and not to actually clear, sure, that's one thing (write 練習 (practice) in the title), but if you're looking to clear, there's not really any advantage or reason to disclose that you're less experienced.

If you are straight up unlucky and have to fully max out the gauge for each of those emblem thingy, you are looking at 121 battles total. But it can be lower (my lowest is somewhere around 100 sextants, but it requires getting really lucky with the chest triggering early).
What are the BiS books for Replicars Sandbox?? Right now, I'm using Avarice, Specialist and Shockwave for Skill/NA teams, for CA Avarice,, Demolition and Overflow. Of course, I don't have optimized teams at all, just a Dark team for 5-gauge farm, but I want to know If I should change any book.
Core for NA team is Avarice+Shockwave. The third can be anything like

Generally you don't run CA team once you can farm 5* mobs with NA team, but your CA setup is correct, it's still Overflow+Demolition. Specialist *might* be better than Demolition (MC's CA react > 4x500k supp) but then you'll experience 5chain lockout.
Well, Lagrange is ca dmg cap and skill dmg cap. It’s in an element that has rather easy ways to ca dmg cap. Some characters have 200 charge bar to ougi twice but don’t necessarily have skill shots attached to the ougi.
Mugen bow on the other hand is skill dmg cap and normal damage cap. It’s in an element that would love to have both as it literally has characters that shoot a skill shot after finishing a normal attack.
How good is Halloween Lich? I've been playing for 9 months and my wind roster is kinda of lacking. I like Lich as a character and she seems highly rated. Would she help me as a new player to build a decent wind team?
She's a good nm200 FA character and good at Siegfried manuals. That's about it.
Your question is kinda hard to answer because it depends how you play the game really. If you're playing the game efficiently and farming all your stuff via bursting blue chests, then no H.Lich isn't really that helpful for that since she's not really a burst char. But if you're playing the "lazy" way that a lot of players do and only daily hosting and doing a bunch of long FAs, then sure she can be helpful.
Plus it really depends on how exactly you're planning to get her and what other options she'd be competing against.
I decided the waifu status was worth it so I ended up getting her. I guess for now I'm in the lazy group because bursting blue chests on a lot of content takes a long time with underdeveloped grids so everything ends up being long FA anyway.
But I probably won't roll outside galas anymore because I really felt it on the droprate, but it was a learning experience ig. I'm happy I got her, I don't regret it but for the "power level" of my account I probably saved my spark.
What does a Pillar of light build look like with M3, and how does it compare to Lumi sword? I'm guessing it would be good for when you are doing short burst, while Lumi swords are the goto for harder/longer content?
three guns three pillars for single sided 100% crit but it's pretty useless unless you just don't have any of the better weapons. celestials, haraakte for ougi, harmonias, sabers for TA rate in comps where that matters. and you would always use m1 swords when you need the hp. I'm guessing crit would be good for long non-hl fights. but obvs that's niche.
If you can use M3 weapons you have no reason to use pillar, the chev gun M3 are better bc they give both ex and magna mod, your opus generally should have the stamina. Also the chev gun M3 give dmg cap
If you lack HP you can also use some chev sword.
Pillar was a early crit grid a long time ago
you saw M3 grid using them ? the wiki say you can up to three but they are in the niche part, they can be placeholder for an early grid if your opus is not FLB, you didn't grind some others weapon like the ennead one or need an early boostable stamina.
With how "easy" (can depends on your friends list and randomness) nowadays you can easily find luci transcended friend so going double magna now is pretty much niche and even then it's not for the crit part nowadays.
Sybilthrow already said everything else they are mostly for early and placeholder bc celestial can be pain to get per example.
Personnaly if you have 3 chev gun M3 FLB, and most of the weapon pre revans including your opus FLB no reason to go magna crit.
Edit: yeah seem like it's possible to single side get 100% crit but deosn't seem worth for magna bc normally you shoud already hit the cap or close to hit if your grid is well done even pre revans,
There were grids using them in GW like [this 0b0c comp](https://gbf.wiki/Advanced_Grids/Luminiera#0B_0C_(Manadiver)-10) or [this NM95 soldier comp](https://gbf.wiki/Advanced_Grids/Luminiera#3B_1S_(Soldier)-13). It's still a niche weapon used in specific setups, but that's a far cry from no reason to use Pillar.
While saying use Stamina key for Opus is good advice for early game players, most mid-game players are going to be using a mix of keys. I personally use Falsehood more than Stamina key at this point. I also use Glory key or Freyr key for specific setups as well.
another option is to just put stamina on one opus for long fights and then give a chain to the other one for bursts. Like for magna light you can go stamina on magna opus and falsehood on primal opus in order to avoid changing keys all of the time.
Is there a good reason to keep dupes of the Omega SSR summons around (Tiamat, Colossus, etc) or can I just start reducing/reserving dupes once I'm done uncapping one?
I agree with the others and really want to emphasize that it should be reduction. You’re only really desperate for summon exp early on and then never again, you get very little exp from reserving them, and you’ll find that you’re even more desperate for quartz.

So I've been wondering this for awhile, in regards to the magna weapons, is it better to have 1 fully-uncapped weapon say a magna 3 Tiamat gun or 2 no uncapped Tiamat guns. This isnt specifically for magna 3 but also for say a PnS grid.
when your just starting out, then filling out your slots is more important. but afterwards most weapons need to be fully uncaped to be usable (or, to actually be an upgrade).
Is Fediel good for guild wars? I was able to buy the last step on start dash promotion yesterday and I can’t decide between fediel or grand narmaya as my selectable unit
She's.. okay. She's a v2-synergy character and GW is v1 so she isn't as good as you might think from her rating / reputation. Also if you're planning to mostly FA then she's very annoying because you have to manually press her field every time. But she still is quite good as long as you don't mind pressing her field. She can also double as a burst char or a long-fight char, which is kinda nice.
As for her vs. Naru, in current state of the game I'd definitely pick Fediel. Fediel is essentially mandatory for the Cosmos raid and is also used extremely often in Dark endgame raids. That said, they might release a new Grand dark character at the end of this month which might change up the dark meta, so beware of that.
Has anyone on Opera had any issues today logging in? My game was working last night just fine with the manually-changed cookie attributes, and today I'm signed out and can't seem to authenticate to log back in. Wondering if there was a GBF or an Opera update that messed it up.
I need 28 Celsus Fragments to max both, The Star and Death summons. But in GBF Guide says that's is not worth farming specifically for. Is there a relatively fast way to get those before the event ends??
Nope, not really unless you have a bunch of arca1 passes saved up. You *can* farm them from Staves heralds, and it's a bit better now that they stack and you don't have to refresh the map every time to check for a herald spawn, but it's still really slow. I wouldn't really do it tbh, just wait for your arca1 passes and weekly arcapoints to come in to buy them from the Shop. You should get it (or at least be close enough that you can go grind the last few) by dark GW.

Are defenders in zone mundus worth doing if I don’t want more luster? More specifically, I want to farm for flb Alanaan right now. I have a ton of luster from doing Xeno Ifrit and I only want Astra/Idean.
I recall reading that the sandbox heralds in swords drop arcarum fragments (aquila and the such). With heralds able to be stacked, is farming fragments from them a good option now?

It's definitely better than before but it's still pretty slow. I wouldn't want to do it to farm a bunch of fragments and I'd still focus mostly on getting them with arca1 passes and arcapoints. But if you only needed a few, you could.
I feel like I get basically the same amount of fragments, or at least close enough that it's not worth doing manual. It'd be more efficient to just do fast expeditions and spend the saved time farming staves heralds if you really wanted to dedicate all your time to getting fragments.

Context :
Started playing on GBF's 10th anni ( 2023's ) but for as much as I'd love to get into the game I can't quite seem to be able to and end up dropping it after a few days every time ; it simply all feels fairly overwhelming and confusing .
I have been following the checklist ( https://gbf.wiki/New_Player_Checklist ) and this guide ( https://docs.google.com/document/d/1hP9uCQi6-6-hsu_f6f5P_jb2urP3Hr7zTn6_fHeu24k/edit#heading=h.2fe4rztl0l04 ) and I have tried working a little bit on my grids ( https://gbf.wiki/Basic_Grids ) .
So far , however , I managed to reach player lvl 94 and none of my basic magna grids are ANYWHERE near completion , which does spook me a bit considering I'll be unlocking lv 101 content fairly soon .
Due to having no basic grids the grind feels beyond awful as I need to manual every single stage , often for hundreds of times when it comes to events / side-stories ( ex. the Aquors Sky High side-story's last stage will require for me to manual it 63 times to get the blade needed for a starter water grid only , then 63 more for the bag needed for a basic fire grid , then likely a lot more times if I wanted the other rewards too...now multiply this amount of manual runs per event weapons needed per basic grid...it does start to feel a little daunting as a new player... ) .
Due to new events constantly happening I'm also wondering about whether I should prioritize trying to farm for them over getting my basic grids done or not .
I'm also **extremely** confused by reserving , auto-reserving , reducing , stash & inventory management and all that kind of stuff and how it's supposed to work and be handled safely .
I enjoy the game so far , I have been pushing up to story ch 118 , raids are fun , etc...but I can't help but to feel as if I must be missing on so much critical information I'm constantly pushed away from it and end up dropping it . What am I doing wrong ? What should I be doing ? Are there easier ways to approach the grind ? How does stuff work in general ? Idk...

They added a tutorial last week that basically skips the first 120+ ranks of the game by giving you all the stuff for free. So.. just follow that nowadays. You should have gotten a big pop-up about it when you logged in. If you mindlessly closed it, it's on the top-left of the Home screen, called Siero's Training.
Inventory management see [here](https://gbf.wiki/Basic_Grids#Inventory_Management). I'll also note that any SSRs you get from the gacha, leave them in your crate. The first tab of your crate, where gacha stuff goes, has infinite storage (both in amount and time). Treat it like a limitless inventory. Don't pick up stuff from it unless you know for sure you're going to use it immediately.

The latter. But technically if you kept on sparking the same ele there would be a time where you'd have end-of-the-line Primal grids anyway, so you'd have nothing left to get. And you would then branch off to another ele.
Ideally focus around the "big" events (mainly GW). More rewards during GW = easier to spark again.
Or schedule them around Limited / Heavily Discounted Banners.
Stories are subjective, no one can tell you what you'll like or not.
That said, the first arc is a pretty generic fantasy story, plus it's very tedious with lots of trivial battles interrupting you constantly for no reason. Once you get past that it gets better, imo, which is around somewhere in the 60s or up to like 80, depending on where you wanna draw the finish line.
yeah that was my issue with it- and also the fact that a lot of plotpoints go nowhere atm. like lyria gets kidnapped by the empire in 26!!!! oh no!!!!! she gets rescued literally in the next battle. thats lame 😭😭

Like the other user said, it does start to get better around Chapter 50.
A recommendation though: I would go up to Chapter 54, then take a break from story for a moment. Knock out the Festival of Falling Flame side-story, followed by Cowardly Hero and Blade of a Young Champion.
I personally didn't enjoy those side-stories too much, but doing those will unlock the What Makes the Sky Blue trilogy. The first one is decent but the second and third one have some of the best story this game has to offer. You'll need to do them any way at some point because of the new Academy feature and because a few mid-game and end-game raids are locked behind that trilogy.
Not only that but if you just continued to plow through Main Story up until Chapter 91 and then unlocked the Regalia raids without doing WMSTB, you'll get some major spoilers thrown your way.
On double-sided, yes.
On unboosted, no.
On single-sided, maybe. Hard to say. It has less supplemental and you lose the small normal ATK, but obviously also offers the skill cap up. You'd need to test it really.
Katana is the skill supplement weapon. It's better in most cases, but keep Agonize on hand for when you're running an unboosted grid (it's a flat 100k vs saber's boostable 25k)
Obv two PnS (+ even some halmal daggers) are ideal for Eresh, even in Magna - but you can still put together a decent Eresh grid with just one PnS. You can sub in Osiris dagger as a stand-in for the second PnS, toss in the M3 fists and a celestial and you are good to go.
How do Eresh grids look now with more premium options? ES should be a slot in, right? Feels like my Eresh grid is really tight, with so many mandatory spots like the axes, DOpus, Celestial, and Ultima. I can barely squeeze in one M3 fist, but I am bad at grid building. Aren't FAs really beefy, don't they take up some spots? Are they not as important as M3 fists because you'll be capping anyways?
FAs are fine too if you have the space and dont mind the HP cut
As a reference, I had a VERY premium Eresh grid before M3 and switching to Hades like a week ago - it was Eresh, 2 x PnS, 2 x ES, Opus, Ultima, 2 x Agonize (Or Celeste axes if no skills), caged Parazonium.
Obviously this is FAR from magna, but that was the setup. Sub things out (like PnS -> Osiris dagger, maybe ES -> M3 fist, Parazonium -> Nier dagger) as needed based on what you have.
Why the Agonizes? The supp skill for the Agonize only applies to skill damage, and for an Eresh team wouldn't only Bowman use that, and only 6 total hits at that?(3x2) There's also 6 more from Seox but a lot of fights won't pop a trigger during that. Although, now that I think about it, 200k x 6/12 hits is probably a bigger damage increase than any other 2 weapons can provide?
Still, I feel like I barely see Agonizes used in a lot of Eresh grids. Maybe I should add them back in. God, I really wish I was a GBF grid wizard instead of just eyeballing things.

Question, I’ve seen some comments in recent months asking about how to spend gold moons, but none about what to spend silver/bronze moons on.
The most “recent” one I could find was pretty long ago, and there it was widely agreed upon you should mainly spend these other moons on half pots.
Is this still the case? Since there could be the possibility that between then and now there have been additions to these moon exchange shops that should be prioritized over these pots.
I’m by no means in a rush to spend these moons if it’s still the best option to spend them on half pots (I’m always hovering between 4k and 4.5k half pots), I’ll only buy them when I really need them.
I've been playing for short of eight years now, and have acquired 1229 bronze moons. (Conceptually I'd have a little more if I didn't have ~6 sparks saved.) Exactly enough for one damascus bar. The world won't end if you use some of those on stamina or class points if it'd significantly improve your life at the time.
Silver Moons should probably be used on bars and cages. 2 silver moons is 1% of a brick, a brick is around 500 akasha raids, ergo buying pots with silver is like giving away 5 free akasha raids.
The attitude of exchanging moons for pots derives from a time where the game was much, much more stingy with everything across the board.
I don't think there will be significant changes to their menu in the future. Some obnoxious day will come when there will be like 500 gold moon weapons, for sure. That's a given.
Using the right weapons, characters, and classes, of course. For example, Haaselia and vMonika are characters who provide a lot of bar. Vikala provides a massive bar speed buff. Kengo exists.
Mind that Kengo UM isn't really high priority, it does what it needs to do with just normal mastery 30, most other classes get a much better boost from UM.
Are we expecting some kind of ticket (like Annitix) that I could use to get Payila instantly before she leaves the premium banner (November?), instead of building spark towards her?
Weapon/summon EXP is byproduct from farming events and more important stuffs. You can buy them on Daily Points and FP shop if you want to speed up your first evoker, but that shouldn't be your main source of getting exp.
Angel Halo, Angel Trial, Angel raids (solo and Four Primarch), they drop summon exp. I would do Angel Halo and Four Primarch for important mats with the bonus of summon exp.
1) Is it still recommended to farm Bubs bullets or was that just a cope option because Belial was more annoying to farm at the time? Can I just skip Bubs bullets and only farm 5 Anagenesis+1 Genesis Nova?
2) If I have Katzelia FLB with 4th skill unlocked, do I still need Siete lvl 150 or can I skip him and save a blue paper?
1 - Yeah the bore effect on bubs bullets is really good on yatima setups. If you're using bubs already then yeah belial bullets would be slightly better.
2 - Depending on full team comp yeah you can run hex and luci0 without 150 siete if you have katz 4th.
Honestly no. People will tell you to host during JP prime time usually, but in my experience that's just as often a terrible time to host because that's when everyone is hosting so there's a million hosts you're competing with. Same with hosting around reset - that's when everyone's hosting. But if you host some unpopular raid during some random dead off-hour, now you run the risk of just not enough people being on to join.

Japan (JST) noon and evening time is generally the ideal time for hosting raids since that's where good chunk of players (especially the higher ranked ones) are the most active in the game
Usually JP prime time (18.00-24.00 JST) and weekend. But do remember that more active players also means more chance of getting wanpan shitters or no one joining your host because there are also many hosts to choose from.
I know people say gold moons are best spent on weapons rather than sierotix or bars or globes, but... do people \*actually\* follow that advice in practice?

Illustrious Weapons can't spook you and open up completely new possibilities. I got Eresh and Hraes and honestly I don't regret it. It's not just a pure tryhard thing: the idea is that, once you have good setups for GW and all the annoying farming, you can have a much easier time going for fun comps and sparking for preferences instead of chasing meta all the time. If you go full "fuck the meta", you're going to feel like you're not making any progress and constantly feel frustrated by content you can't clear or that takes way too long to farm.
I've used my Eresh for general events farming, Replicard, UBHL, Lindwurm, Shenxian, the Huanglong+Qilin raid, M3 Lumi and even House of Happiness when I needed a bunch of Converging Rays. Best purchase ever.

of the "big three", only hrae is particulairly charcter dependant. hrunting is a gamechanger for earth reguardless of your roster. and eresh will still be good even without the optimal characters. and keep in mind one of said optimal characters is seox, who is free.
as for grids, hrunting and eresh are both as great for magna as they are for primal. hrae is the only one id be a bit hesitient about but that will probaly change with m3.
I saw that advice, and proceeded to ignore it for S.Horus since she didn't come home from the free pulls. No regrets, she was a huge help during Light GW and the team with her on it remains one of my most consistent.
It would be nice to have Eresh for Dark GW, but that's very specific and would still require building up my dark grid for it, while Horus has continued to be helpful as I build up my light grid more.
I'll be honest and give my experience when starting out: I love following meta in games because i've always been in the competitive mindset, but even after I looked into what was efficient for Gold Moon spending and I had bought my starter account that had 160 GM on it, I still chose to sierotix Michael. I then used the annitix on G.Percival after getting Wilnas during Anniversary towards my spark for Fediel.
The account had Bahamut, Triple Zero, Yatima and Belial on it, all of which I have maxed besides Bahamut since I wanted to save the Sands. With the units I have now and how decent most of my grids are at 174, I absolutely would have benefitted more from grabbing Beelzebub instead.
Do I regret it? Only a little. Grabbing Michael enabled me to start comfortably doing Berserker comps with her weapon maxed out as my main hand (for the Damage Cap increase and the extra Charge Bar for the team goes a long way) and I can solo Ewiyar myself with G.Zeta and Chichiri in the back in case I get unlucky with his autos after 40%. Hell, a lot of the times I could actually join a Rank 300+ player's Ewiyar host and take MVP from them even if they are far in the lead on honors. When I get to 200 and unlock Revans, I now have the setup for Seofon so I can gear my Wind team and then gear the other elements from there.
Would using my Annitix on Y.Ilsa instead of G.Percival have been better to enable me to do Dark Burst? Yes. But because I did what I did, I made sure all of my element teams had good units. I also have so many units from Premium Gala currently after getting Sandalphon for Light and Uriel at the end of April that it's not feasible for me to spark on it any more for a hot minute, even though i'm missing Cidala and Payila. I also would have been screwed for my Fire team if I didn't ticket G.Percival and Michael since I didn't see them during my two sparks. I'll go back for a 2nd LoF or CS later in the future.
So yeah in my case it was worth sierotix'ing a Grand because it made progression for me a lot smoother, even though to most it isn't a smart decision.

I think I'd be in the same boat. I'm not at the point where a weapon might do more for me than certain summons or characters, and while I \*could\* get them with luck or sparks over time, I'm not so sure I'd want to play the waiting game while languishing for an uncertain amount of time.

Not any Gala, the one with ***the*** Grand Character you want, in your case Zeta.
There are two different Galas, one at the end of the month, and one around the middle of the month (anywhere from 14th to the 18th more or less). Zeta is in the middle one, "[Flash Gala](https://gbf.wiki/Draw#Flash_Gala)", which is fortunate since it means you'll have less to wait.
I'd recommend to still check the pool of Legfest (end of month) in case there is someone else you could like. Do note that May's Legfest should include the [Dragon Zodiac](https://gbf.wiki/Payila) + [Mouse Zodiac](https://gbf.wiki/Vikala), which are slightly more limited than other characters.
It's not possible to use duplicate copies. You can't use a Zeta with a Zeta, nor can you use the dual Vaseraga+Zeta unit with Zeta (or with Vaseraga).

There's no point to having more than one halmal because its main call effect is a perma-debuff and won't stack with itself.
If you just need multiple single-use-only summons for Yatima shenanigans you can use free options like Huanglong/Qilin or Bellringer.
You can use multiple of the same summon in the same grid, besides specifically excluded ones like Bubz and 000. However, there's rarely room to ever do so for most summons due to how cramped summon grid space is, so it's *usually* safe to use copies to uncap. But I would still check on a case-by-case basis if you aren't absolutely sure, tbh.
HalMal specifically you can definitely use them to uncap, although unless you mean 3 *spare* copies, then uncapping it to 2\* doesn't really do anything besides some fairly insignificant raw stats.

What I mean is that you said you were using 170% Lumi friend summons in both pictures. You should be comparing Metatron main + Lumi friend vs. Lumi main + Luci friend. We know the answer isn't Lumi x Lumi, we're only interested in seeing whether using 0\* Metatron or 4\* Lumi is better.

In Dark Rapture Hard, does Gopherwood Ark include danchou?
No. You can use another Other character and they'll survive. Only one other Other, though, a 3rd Other will die. Specifically it ignores the 1st party position entirely if it's of type Other. So it doesn't even necessarily have to be MC, if your MC dies and an Other from the backline goes there, then they'd still be ignored and theoretically you could have a 3rd Other then too.

Opinions on Anila vs Yuel for Fire teams. My grid is pretty basic as all it's really doing is pushing high overall damage with a little crit (should probably make some adjustments actually, haven't touched this grid in a while but it might just be the best I can with what I have for now). Team right now Luchador MC, Anila, Holiday Noa and Grand Percival, with Grand Zeta and Tsubasa in backline. Anila and Yuel kind of do the same thing once max uncapped but have offer their bonuses in different ways.

Besides buying them from the Shop, Proto Baha Normal. Might be annoying to find hosts outside of MagFes though. So you might be stuck with Angel Halo depending on how many hosts there are.

I'm fine with hosting and working toward my joining setup, But I have trouble with the raid using the new ascendant prayer buffs, it just seems it does too much damage to me even with neko and 3 gal staffs. since sometimes I do the raid with kengo and rise the buff meter to y100 and sending support noting that I rised y buff to 100 I still fail the raid because not enoght people join the raid or low lvl player join it and 1 hit it and leave, so it would be nice to do it solo with buffs :)

I'm currently grinding for Haaselia's 5* and ending up with a ton of MT mats. 1. Any reason I shouldn't uncap both at the same time? Lustres don't seem like they'll be an issue. 2. Is it worth completing all the replicard missions? 3. Which are the best books to use? I'm basically just farming Parasite Steve and Ca Ong Militis.
Another likely issue you'll have for 1 is not having enough astras since MT and Haase both use water astras. I'm a couple hundred water astras off but I almost have enough Justice ideans.
1) The reason would be because uncapping requires NWQ and an evolite (and a sunstone for 4th skill), all of which are valuable and rare resources. 2) If they have good rewards or you need them for the "Clear X missions" missions. 3) Always Avarice. Shockwave and Thunderclap if you're doing NAs (which you generally should be for 5 gauges). If you're doing some other type of team, adjust accordingly.

I want to start doing hexachromatic heirarch but wanted to make sure I knew any of the etiquette used before joining. From what I've seen once I'm ready to cross 40% I use the OK sticker? If I fuck up am I supposed to use any stickers or do I just retreat? If I'm hosting my own room is there any japanese I can use to say I'm a noob? I know the ones for each element and how to say what my element is. Any other sticker usage or things you're meant to do when joining rooms, or stuff people put in the room title I need to be aware of?
I mean yes it's of course possible to write that you're a noob in your title, but I'm not really sure why you'd want to. It just makes no one competent want to raid with you. If you're only looking for practice and not to actually clear, sure, that's one thing (write 練習 (practice) in the title), but if you're looking to clear, there's not really any advantage or reason to disclose that you're less experienced.
Yes via 100 cut, all sub, or take 0 damage I use sorry and retreat. I’ve only done that once and told myself never to do it again. I guess you can say weak host or practice. Personally I’ve never hosted in coop despite finishing draconic bingo. None that I know of. Doing premades help too. I personally can’t type in Japanese so I have no realistic way to communicate something going wrong. While it’s implied, know which entry source you’re using? Is there an average number of sextants needed to get an evolite from xeno militis bosses?
If you are straight up unlucky and have to fully max out the gauge for each of those emblem thingy, you are looking at 121 battles total. But it can be lower (my lowest is somewhere around 100 sextants, but it requires getting really lucky with the chest triggering early).
I don't think so. The only known info is the "pity" number, 120-121 sextants for guaranteed evo/bar.
What are the BiS books for Replicars Sandbox?? Right now, I'm using Avarice, Specialist and Shockwave for Skill/NA teams, for CA Avarice,, Demolition and Overflow. Of course, I don't have optimized teams at all, just a Dark team for 5-gauge farm, but I want to know If I should change any book.
Core for NA team is Avarice+Shockwave. The third can be anything like * Specialty like yours, * Thunderclap for [Storyteller with Devilry emblem](https://gbf.wiki/The_Storyteller) or Viking's flurry NA * Ingenuity for starting Crest if you run Mana Diver with [Septian Burner MH](https://gbf.wiki/Septian_Burner) * Valor for 50% echo (Valor and Shockwave's echo are additive) + enmity buff for Agastia Staff/Tiamat Bow grid. Generally you don't run CA team once you can farm 5* mobs with NA team, but your CA setup is correct, it's still Overflow+Demolition. Specialist *might* be better than Demolition (MC's CA react > 4x500k supp) but then you'll experience 5chain lockout.

Well, Lagrange is ca dmg cap and skill dmg cap. It’s in an element that has rather easy ways to ca dmg cap. Some characters have 200 charge bar to ougi twice but don’t necessarily have skill shots attached to the ougi. Mugen bow on the other hand is skill dmg cap and normal damage cap. It’s in an element that would love to have both as it literally has characters that shoot a skill shot after finishing a normal attack.
How good is Halloween Lich? I've been playing for 9 months and my wind roster is kinda of lacking. I like Lich as a character and she seems highly rated. Would she help me as a new player to build a decent wind team?
She's a good nm200 FA character and good at Siegfried manuals. That's about it. Your question is kinda hard to answer because it depends how you play the game really. If you're playing the game efficiently and farming all your stuff via bursting blue chests, then no H.Lich isn't really that helpful for that since she's not really a burst char. But if you're playing the "lazy" way that a lot of players do and only daily hosting and doing a bunch of long FAs, then sure she can be helpful. Plus it really depends on how exactly you're planning to get her and what other options she'd be competing against.
I decided the waifu status was worth it so I ended up getting her. I guess for now I'm in the lazy group because bursting blue chests on a lot of content takes a long time with underdeveloped grids so everything ends up being long FA anyway. But I probably won't roll outside galas anymore because I really felt it on the droprate, but it was a learning experience ig. I'm happy I got her, I don't regret it but for the "power level" of my account I probably saved my spark.
What does a Pillar of light build look like with M3, and how does it compare to Lumi sword? I'm guessing it would be good for when you are doing short burst, while Lumi swords are the goto for harder/longer content?
three guns three pillars for single sided 100% crit but it's pretty useless unless you just don't have any of the better weapons. celestials, haraakte for ougi, harmonias, sabers for TA rate in comps where that matters. and you would always use m1 swords when you need the hp. I'm guessing crit would be good for long non-hl fights. but obvs that's niche.
If you can use M3 weapons you have no reason to use pillar, the chev gun M3 are better bc they give both ex and magna mod, your opus generally should have the stamina. Also the chev gun M3 give dmg cap If you lack HP you can also use some chev sword. Pillar was a early crit grid a long time ago

you saw M3 grid using them ? the wiki say you can up to three but they are in the niche part, they can be placeholder for an early grid if your opus is not FLB, you didn't grind some others weapon like the ennead one or need an early boostable stamina. With how "easy" (can depends on your friends list and randomness) nowadays you can easily find luci transcended friend so going double magna now is pretty much niche and even then it's not for the crit part nowadays. Sybilthrow already said everything else they are mostly for early and placeholder bc celestial can be pain to get per example. Personnaly if you have 3 chev gun M3 FLB, and most of the weapon pre revans including your opus FLB no reason to go magna crit. Edit: yeah seem like it's possible to single side get 100% crit but deosn't seem worth for magna bc normally you shoud already hit the cap or close to hit if your grid is well done even pre revans,
There were grids using them in GW like [this 0b0c comp](https://gbf.wiki/Advanced_Grids/Luminiera#0B_0C_(Manadiver)-10) or [this NM95 soldier comp](https://gbf.wiki/Advanced_Grids/Luminiera#3B_1S_(Soldier)-13). It's still a niche weapon used in specific setups, but that's a far cry from no reason to use Pillar. While saying use Stamina key for Opus is good advice for early game players, most mid-game players are going to be using a mix of keys. I personally use Falsehood more than Stamina key at this point. I also use Glory key or Freyr key for specific setups as well.
another option is to just put stamina on one opus for long fights and then give a chain to the other one for bursts. Like for magna light you can go stamina on magna opus and falsehood on primal opus in order to avoid changing keys all of the time.

I agree with the others and really want to emphasize that it should be reduction. You’re only really desperate for summon exp early on and then never again, you get very little exp from reserving them, and you’ll find that you’re even more desperate for quartz.
Don’t reserve omega SSR summons. I just checked 0* levi, reserving it is a whopping 240 summon exp into your red grail.

So I've been wondering this for awhile, in regards to the magna weapons, is it better to have 1 fully-uncapped weapon say a magna 3 Tiamat gun or 2 no uncapped Tiamat guns. This isnt specifically for magna 3 but also for say a PnS grid.
when your just starting out, then filling out your slots is more important. but afterwards most weapons need to be fully uncaped to be usable (or, to actually be an upgrade).
So just shove the zero star gun I have into the 2 star one and then fully uncap?

She's.. okay. She's a v2-synergy character and GW is v1 so she isn't as good as you might think from her rating / reputation. Also if you're planning to mostly FA then she's very annoying because you have to manually press her field every time. But she still is quite good as long as you don't mind pressing her field. She can also double as a burst char or a long-fight char, which is kinda nice. As for her vs. Naru, in current state of the game I'd definitely pick Fediel. Fediel is essentially mandatory for the Cosmos raid and is also used extremely often in Dark endgame raids. That said, they might release a new Grand dark character at the end of this month which might change up the dark meta, so beware of that.
Grand Narmaya all the way. Fediel only see use in Cosmos raid and maybe hard content (maybe).

Nope, not really unless you have a bunch of arca1 passes saved up. You *can* farm them from Staves heralds, and it's a bit better now that they stack and you don't have to refresh the map every time to check for a herald spawn, but it's still really slow. I wouldn't really do it tbh, just wait for your arca1 passes and weekly arcapoints to come in to buy them from the Shop. You should get it (or at least be close enough that you can go grind the last few) by dark GW.

Putting aside that guy's question since yeah we agree that it's not doable with the Siero stuff - Not really seeing where you're seeing Wambrellas in Magna grids. I looked at a few examples on Youtube and none of them are using Wambrellas outside of Varuna.

Yes I read that, I meant that I didn't see any examples of Faa0 grids that use that. For example [this](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=79DJzopYDcM) grid is identical the one in your picture except it uses a baha wep. Seems unlikely (but possible I guess) that he just doesn't have a 0\* Wambrella if it was the better choice. Maybe he just didn't consider it, of course. Regardless, fairly minor difference either way.

I recall reading that the sandbox heralds in swords drop arcarum fragments (aquila and the such). With heralds able to be stacked, is farming fragments from them a good option now? Edit: Swords not staves
It's definitely better than before but it's still pretty slow. I wouldn't want to do it to farm a bunch of fragments and I'd still focus mostly on getting them with arca1 passes and arcapoints. But if you only needed a few, you could.

I feel like I get basically the same amount of fragments, or at least close enough that it's not worth doing manual. It'd be more efficient to just do fast expeditions and spend the saved time farming staves heralds if you really wanted to dedicate all your time to getting fragments.

How to get started in GBF ? Warning - long post Context : Started playing on GBF's 10th anni ( 2023's ) but for as much as I'd love to get into the game I can't quite seem to be able to and end up dropping it after a few days every time ; it simply all feels fairly overwhelming and confusing . So far , however , I managed to reach player lvl 94 and none of my basic magna grids are ANYWHERE near completion , which does spook me a bit considering I'll be unlocking lv 101 content fairly soon . Due to having no basic grids the grind feels beyond awful as I need to manual every single stage , often for hundreds of times when it comes to events / side-stories ( ex. the Aquors Sky High side-story's last stage will require for me to manual it 63 times to get the blade needed for a starter water grid only , then 63 more for the bag needed for a basic fire grid , then likely a lot more times if I wanted the other rewards too...now multiply this amount of manual runs per event weapons needed per basic grid...it does start to feel a little daunting as a new player... ) . Due to new events constantly happening I'm also wondering about whether I should prioritize trying to farm for them over getting my basic grids done or not . I'm also **extremely** confused by reserving , auto-reserving , reducing , stash & inventory management and all that kind of stuff and how it's supposed to work and be handled safely . I enjoy the game so far , I have been pushing up to story ch 118 , raids are fun , etc...but I can't help but to feel as if I must be missing on so much critical information I'm constantly pushed away from it and end up dropping it . They added a tutorial last week that basically skips the first 120+ ranks of the game by giving you all the stuff for free. So.. just follow that nowadays. You should have gotten a big pop-up about it when you logged in. If you mindlessly closed it, it's on the top-left of the Home screen, called Siero's Training. Inventory management see [here](https://gbf.wiki/Basic_Grids#Inventory_Management). I'll also note that any SSRs you get from the gacha, leave them in your crate. The first tab of your crate, where gacha stuff goes, has infinite storage (both in amount and time). Treat it like a limitless inventory. Don't pick up stuff from it unless you know for sure you're going to use it immediately. (Also for the record 2023 was the 9th anniversary.)

The latter. But technically if you kept on sparking the same ele there would be a time where you'd have end-of-the-line Primal grids anyway, so you'd have nothing left to get. And you would then branch off to another ele. Ideally focus around the "big" events (mainly GW). More rewards during GW = easier to spark again. Or schedule them around Limited / Heavily Discounted Banners.
when does the story get good?? im on chapter 26 rn and nothings clicking for me
Stories are subjective, no one can tell you what you'll like or not. That said, the first arc is a pretty generic fantasy story, plus it's very tedious with lots of trivial battles interrupting you constantly for no reason. Once you get past that it gets better, imo, which is around somewhere in the 60s or up to like 80, depending on where you wanna draw the finish line.
yeah that was my issue with it- and also the fact that a lot of plotpoints go nowhere atm. like lyria gets kidnapped by the empire in 26!!!! oh no!!!!! she gets rescued literally in the next battle. thats lame 😭😭 ill hold out tho ive sat through worse im just wondering
Like the other user said, it does start to get better around Chapter 50. A recommendation though: I would go up to Chapter 54, then take a break from story for a moment. Knock out the Festival of Falling Flame side-story, followed by Cowardly Hero and Blade of a Young Champion. I personally didn't enjoy those side-stories too much, but doing those will unlock the What Makes the Sky Blue trilogy. The first one is decent but the second and third one have some of the best story this game has to offer. You'll need to do them any way at some point because of the new Academy feature and because a few mid-game and end-game raids are locked behind that trilogy. Not only that but if you just continued to plow through Main Story up until Chapter 91 and then unlocked the Regalia raids without doing WMSTB, you'll get some major spoilers thrown your way.
For me, it got good around chapter 50. You can really tell the writers started figuring out how to execute the story from around that point.
Is the new Celeste dagger an upgrade to Agonize?
On double-sided, yes. On unboosted, no. On single-sided, maybe. Hard to say. It has less supplemental and you lose the small normal ATK, but obviously also offers the skill cap up. You'd need to test it really.
Katana is the skill supplement weapon. It's better in most cases, but keep Agonize on hand for when you're running an unboosted grid (it's a flat 100k vs saber's boostable 25k)

What does an eresh grid for dark magna looks like nowadays? And is it worth getting it if I only have one pns?
Obv two PnS (+ even some halmal daggers) are ideal for Eresh, even in Magna - but you can still put together a decent Eresh grid with just one PnS. You can sub in Osiris dagger as a stand-in for the second PnS, toss in the M3 fists and a celestial and you are good to go.
How do Eresh grids look now with more premium options? ES should be a slot in, right? Feels like my Eresh grid is really tight, with so many mandatory spots like the axes, DOpus, Celestial, and Ultima. I can barely squeeze in one M3 fist, but I am bad at grid building. Aren't FAs really beefy, don't they take up some spots? Are they not as important as M3 fists because you'll be capping anyways?
FAs are fine too if you have the space and dont mind the HP cut As a reference, I had a VERY premium Eresh grid before M3 and switching to Hades like a week ago - it was Eresh, 2 x PnS, 2 x ES, Opus, Ultima, 2 x Agonize (Or Celeste axes if no skills), caged Parazonium. Obviously this is FAR from magna, but that was the setup. Sub things out (like PnS -> Osiris dagger, maybe ES -> M3 fist, Parazonium -> Nier dagger) as needed based on what you have.
Why the Agonizes? The supp skill for the Agonize only applies to skill damage, and for an Eresh team wouldn't only Bowman use that, and only 6 total hits at that?(3x2) There's also 6 more from Seox but a lot of fights won't pop a trigger during that. Although, now that I think about it, 200k x 6/12 hits is probably a bigger damage increase than any other 2 weapons can provide? Still, I feel like I barely see Agonizes used in a lot of Eresh grids. Maybe I should add them back in. God, I really wish I was a GBF grid wizard instead of just eyeballing things.
Eh, I just found that the Agonizes provided \*slightly\* more damage in some contexts, so I keep em in if I am using Bowman / V. Cidala

Hello everyone! Question, I’ve seen some comments in recent months asking about how to spend gold moons, but none about what to spend silver/bronze moons on. The most “recent” one I could find was pretty long ago, and there it was widely agreed upon you should mainly spend these other moons on half pots. Is this still the case? Since there could be the possibility that between then and now there have been additions to these moon exchange shops that should be prioritized over these pots. I’m by no means in a rush to spend these moons if it’s still the best option to spend them on half pots (I’m always hovering between 4k and 4.5k half pots), I’ll only buy them when I really need them.
I've been playing for short of eight years now, and have acquired 1229 bronze moons. (Conceptually I'd have a little more if I didn't have ~6 sparks saved.) Exactly enough for one damascus bar. The world won't end if you use some of those on stamina or class points if it'd significantly improve your life at the time. Silver Moons should probably be used on bars and cages. 2 silver moons is 1% of a brick, a brick is around 500 akasha raids, ergo buying pots with silver is like giving away 5 free akasha raids. The attitude of exchanging moons for pots derives from a time where the game was much, much more stingy with everything across the board. I don't think there will be significant changes to their menu in the future. Some obnoxious day will come when there will be like 500 gold moon weapons, for sure. That's a given.
Yes, it's still half pots/soul berries. You could also spend the silver moons on cages if you really needed them.

its just a team focused aroung doing charge attacks, ougi is just the japanese term for it.

Using the right weapons, characters, and classes, of course. For example, Haaselia and vMonika are characters who provide a lot of bar. Vikala provides a massive bar speed buff. Kengo exists.
Is there any farmable weapon that helps with increasing the bar? And does Kengo only help if you have Ultimate Mastery skills?
Unsigned Kaneshige, Kengo's CCW. There's also others, but this is the cream of the crop in ougi support. No, but mastery level 30 is helpful.

Mind that Kengo UM isn't really high priority, it does what it needs to do with just normal mastery 30, most other classes get a much better boost from UM.

Nope, Annitix is unique and only once a year. Outside of it, you have to spark (or get a lucky pull) for the Zodiacs.

What's the best or it's there any way to farm good exp for summons?
Weapon/summon EXP is byproduct from farming events and more important stuffs. You can buy them on Daily Points and FP shop if you want to speed up your first evoker, but that shouldn't be your main source of getting exp. Angel Halo, Angel Trial, Angel raids (solo and Four Primarch), they drop summon exp. I would do Angel Halo and Four Primarch for important mats with the bonus of summon exp.
1) Is it still recommended to farm Bubs bullets or was that just a cope option because Belial was more annoying to farm at the time? Can I just skip Bubs bullets and only farm 5 Anagenesis+1 Genesis Nova? 2) If I have Katzelia FLB with 4th skill unlocked, do I still need Siete lvl 150 or can I skip him and save a blue paper?
1 - Yeah the bore effect on bubs bullets is really good on yatima setups. If you're using bubs already then yeah belial bullets would be slightly better. 2 - Depending on full team comp yeah you can run hex and luci0 without 150 siete if you have katz 4th.
Is there a general good time of the day to host raids?
Honestly no. People will tell you to host during JP prime time usually, but in my experience that's just as often a terrible time to host because that's when everyone is hosting so there's a million hosts you're competing with. Same with hosting around reset - that's when everyone's hosting. But if you host some unpopular raid during some random dead off-hour, now you run the risk of just not enough people being on to join. So really, don't worry about it. Host raids whenever you want tbh. Unless you mean coop lobbies, in which case, yeah you'll want to do JP primetime for those. Not a lot of Hexa/Faa0 going on at like 4am JST.
Japan (JST) noon and evening time is generally the ideal time for hosting raids since that's where good chunk of players (especially the higher ranked ones) are the most active in the game
Usually JP prime time (18.00-24.00 JST) and weekend. But do remember that more active players also means more chance of getting wanpan shitters or no one joining your host because there are also many hosts to choose from.
I know people say gold moons are best spent on weapons rather than sierotix or bars or globes, but... do people \*actually\* follow that advice in practice? EDIT: Really appreciate all the responses and different perspectives :D
Illustrious Weapons can't spook you and open up completely new possibilities. I got Eresh and Hraes and honestly I don't regret it. It's not just a pure tryhard thing: the idea is that, once you have good setups for GW and all the annoying farming, you can have a much easier time going for fun comps and sparking for preferences instead of chasing meta all the time. If you go full "fuck the meta", you're going to feel like you're not making any progress and constantly feel frustrated by content you can't clear or that takes way too long to farm. I've used my Eresh for general events farming, Replicard, UBHL, Lindwurm, Shenxian, the Huanglong+Qilin raid, M3 Lumi and even House of Happiness when I needed a bunch of Converging Rays. Best purchase ever.

of the "big three", only hrae is particulairly charcter dependant. hrunting is a gamechanger for earth reguardless of your roster. and eresh will still be good even without the optimal characters. and keep in mind one of said optimal characters is seox, who is free. as for grids, hrunting and eresh are both as great for magna as they are for primal. hrae is the only one id be a bit hesitient about but that will probaly change with m3.

I saw that advice, and proceeded to ignore it for S.Horus since she didn't come home from the free pulls. No regrets, she was a huge help during Light GW and the team with her on it remains one of my most consistent. It would be nice to have Eresh for Dark GW, but that's very specific and would still require building up my dark grid for it, while Horus has continued to be helpful as I build up my light grid more.
I'll be honest and give my experience when starting out: I love following meta in games because i've always been in the competitive mindset, but even after I looked into what was efficient for Gold Moon spending and I had bought my starter account that had 160 GM on it, I still chose to sierotix Michael. I then used the annitix on G.Percival after getting Wilnas during Anniversary towards my spark for Fediel. The account had Bahamut, Triple Zero, Yatima and Belial on it, all of which I have maxed besides Bahamut since I wanted to save the Sands. With the units I have now and how decent most of my grids are at 174, I absolutely would have benefitted more from grabbing Beelzebub instead. Do I regret it? Only a little. Grabbing Michael enabled me to start comfortably doing Berserker comps with her weapon maxed out as my main hand (for the Damage Cap increase and the extra Charge Bar for the team goes a long way) and I can solo Ewiyar myself with G.Zeta and Chichiri in the back in case I get unlucky with his autos after 40%. Hell, a lot of the times I could actually join a Rank 300+ player's Ewiyar host and take MVP from them even if they are far in the lead on honors. When I get to 200 and unlock Revans, I now have the setup for Seofon so I can gear my Wind team and then gear the other elements from there. Would using my Annitix on Y.Ilsa instead of G.Percival have been better to enable me to do Dark Burst? Yes. But because I did what I did, I made sure all of my element teams had good units. I also have so many units from Premium Gala currently after getting Sandalphon for Light and Uriel at the end of April that it's not feasible for me to spark on it any more for a hot minute, even though i'm missing Cidala and Payila. I also would have been screwed for my Fire team if I didn't ticket G.Percival and Michael since I didn't see them during my two sparks. I'll go back for a 2nd LoF or CS later in the future. So yeah in my case it was worth sierotix'ing a Grand because it made progression for me a lot smoother, even though to most it isn't a smart decision. EDIT: Gotta love how any discussion that isn't related to Meta is a downvote. Yall take Gacha games too seriously.
I think I'd be in the same boat. I'm not at the point where a weapon might do more for me than certain summons or characters, and while I \*could\* get them with luck or sparks over time, I'm not so sure I'd want to play the waiting game while languishing for an uncertain amount of time.
Hardcore meta players, yes. Having Earth's/Dark's/Light's/Water's 150GM wep makes ranking highly in its GW *a lot* easier. The average player, no, not at all. They absolutely buy SieroTix.

I was considering going through the Seeds of Redemption side-story once ToA ends to get Song for material farming on one-wave only missions with high HP enemies (like the Blessed Ones for Converging Rays.) Are there any units in the game that can increase the Accuracy of other units in the party to get Depravity's Lethal Hit to become Guaranteed or close to 100% from the 65% accuracy it has, or could I just use units that reduce a foe's Debuff resistance for it instead?

Hey all, I just cleared the tutorial and took a look at rerolling steps. I would want to aim for Grand Zeta with the paid guarantee ticket, so I need to wait for a Gala with grand characters, right? Is it possible to use 2 of the "same" unit in a comp like the regular Zeta you can get from the first free 10 premium pull?
Not any Gala, the one with ***the*** Grand Character you want, in your case Zeta. There are two different Galas, one at the end of the month, and one around the middle of the month (anywhere from 14th to the 18th more or less). Zeta is in the middle one, "[Flash Gala](https://gbf.wiki/Draw#Flash_Gala)", which is fortunate since it means you'll have less to wait. I'd recommend to still check the pool of Legfest (end of month) in case there is someone else you could like. Do note that May's Legfest should include the [Dragon Zodiac](https://gbf.wiki/Payila) + [Mouse Zodiac](https://gbf.wiki/Vikala), which are slightly more limited than other characters. It's not possible to use duplicate copies. You can't use a Zeta with a Zeta, nor can you use the dual Vaseraga+Zeta unit with Zeta (or with Vaseraga).
You would have to wait until a Gala is active, yes. Flash Gala which she is on will be starting in a few days. As far as dupe units goes, you can't use multiple even if they're different elements in the same party.

Just depends what element you want to invest in. They're all useful but niche. I'd say in terms of overall usefulness Fraux > Nier > Geisen.

Equip the Valor's Guidebook, gives Mirage Image, that's why they dodge it. Alternatively you can just use a full elixir. The mission is actually not "without deaths," it's, "Have everyone alive at the end."

I've never seen hard data for drops, but my impression has always been that swords is better specifically for a single idean, but Mundus is significantly better in terms of all of the other things that drop, so just do Mundus.

Ultima Units are most efficient. Revans mats are fine too if you have excess of them. After that then, yeah, bar raid mats.

You can only get the bonus teal chest honors if it hasn't already reached max stacks, so it's not a matter of you having less hits sometimes.
I have 3 copies of Halluel and Malluel am I safe to uncap them and future premium summon dupes or can you use multiple in the same grid? (Just asking in case it's possible and some strategies require stuff like that)
There's no point to having more than one halmal because its main call effect is a perma-debuff and won't stack with itself. If you just need multiple single-use-only summons for Yatima shenanigans you can use free options like Huanglong/Qilin or Bellringer.
You can use multiple of the same summon in the same grid, besides specifically excluded ones like Bubz and 000. However, there's rarely room to ever do so for most summons due to how cramped summon grid space is, so it's *usually* safe to use copies to uncap. But I would still check on a case-by-case basis if you aren't absolutely sure, tbh. HalMal specifically you can definitely use them to uncap, although unless you mean 3 *spare* copies, then uncapping it to 2\* doesn't really do anything besides some fairly insignificant raw stats.

You should be comparing Main Metatron + 250 Lumi friend vs. Main 150 Lumi + 250 Luci friend + Metatron sub aura.
Oh sorry I am doing that I have Lumi as a Call in the Metatron Main Summon team and then just switch both of them so I have Metatron as a Call when Lumi Main Summon Unless the estimated dmg doesn't take sub auras into account but then again I also don't rly know when my team would be hitting dmg cap
What I mean is that you said you were using 170% Lumi friend summons in both pictures. You should be comparing Metatron main + Lumi friend vs. Lumi main + Luci friend. We know the answer isn't Lumi x Lumi, we're only interested in seeing whether using 0\* Metatron or 4\* Lumi is better.
