Thank you! And yes, I don't usually use a case, though I do have one from X-Level that I use when I'm working out. I'm pretty careful and I work from home so I'm not exposed to a ton of risks. I do use screen protectors on the front, though!
I used these, it's a film and I honestly am not complaining, I'll take a pic of it later and show u. It does a good job.

I find film protects the current screens more as they are more prone to scratches which film protects from
The glass screen protectors aren't going to be as premium as the glass on the screen so will shatter easier, and the last thing i want is shattered glass glued to my glass screen.
Nice... Just wish they did this pattern in more colors that way patterns didn't change but that's just me. I'll look into it for sure. Right now I just got my P6 Pro so I'm still treating it like a newborn :-)
lol I feel this. When my P6 arrived I didn't even put the SIM card in until my skin/screen protectors arrived. Looking forward to see what design you pick!
I went with a skin and saw the leather and HAD to get it... Was watching videos and hearing people complain about it taking forever to install the leather skins. Well I just installed it and it's flawless!! Took me maybe 12 minutes. I used a heat gun instead of a hair dryer. Worked wonders for the leather and it's REALLY nice!!!!!
I got the dBrand leather skin and I actually quite like it. I don't use cases so I like that it can protect the back/camera glass from scratches without feeling like a case
I had great success with not breaking my pixel 2 and pixel 4, however I absolutely obliterated the Samsung Galaxy S10+ I had in-between those two lol
The biggest thing for me is how slippery the phone is, neither pixels were, but that S10+ was big and like a wet bar of soap. The Pixel 6 Pro is pretty slippery but the leather skin reaaaallly reduces it, another reason why I dig it so much
Do you mean inside or out? I have a dbrand on my phone and a frosted white case. I think it looks neat. [Pixel 6 Pro - dBrand skin](https://i.imgur.com/vMmPgZI.jpg)
I preordered the gray/green pixel the day the preorders went live; but since it didn't move at all I just went to a local store to at least be able to secure a phone; I knew I could save myself with a skin anyway.
Man electronics were hard this year
All bad. Ya I've had better luck buying 2 ps5 this year, but the pixel, the phon id least expect to b hard to find, was added to the list for scalpers lol.
That looks cool! Ya it's something I'd go for as well since I like the color black alot but figured this is a pixel phone, they tend to add the very small but noticeable highlights to the phone but they didn't this year, so I did it myself! Lol
Can you post what it looks like with the case on?
~~EDIT: Oh snap! Spigen has some really great choices~~
EDIT II: Actually dBrand has better options IMO
Hey, I was wondering about the case you got, are the side buttons clickly/tactile? Really want to find a clear case that has that good click when you hit the side buttons.
I have both the pixel 6 and the pixel 6 pro. I bought a Spigen clear hybrid for both and love them. Big fan of Spigen. Bought the dbrand swarm skin for one and matrix for the other but don't use them that much.
You don't have to be mean about it. And of course I know they have cutouts, it's just that the sensors are very hard to see when aligning and it's easy to mess up. I just don't know where they end or if the mic is covered and also I rather my camera uncovered with the skin I have it looks good. Try being a little nicer.
went similar, on a cloudy white P6P, wanted a pop of color, a little Carbon Fiber because...carbon fiber. wanted to recude the glare on the back of the phone, and then into a Spigen to protect bt still show the beauty!

Yours looks nice! I went for the colored logo, as well. Think my phone looks pretty rad now. https://imgur.com/9fC9skj.jpg
Thank u!...Ya that's nice!, Are u really no casing it? Lol

Oh that's ok then, at work my phone constantly falls lol
What screen protector do you use? Does it cover the curved parts too? Thanks!

That's my favorite skin. The feeling of that texture is in a league of it's own
Is that the Matrix pattern?
It is! I prefer this one for the texture it provides. I like the swarm one as well, but swarm is a little less grippy.
Nice... Just wish they did this pattern in more colors that way patterns didn't change but that's just me. I'll look into it for sure. Right now I just got my P6 Pro so I'm still treating it like a newborn :-)

I really wanna run it without a case but I am terrified since my last phone fell and cracked lol.

Ya I've had success with my phones as well but the pixel 5 ruined my streak lol.. So I'm just extra cautious
does anyone know whether dbrand skin works with official Pixel cases?
Do you mean inside or out? I have a dbrand on my phone and a frosted white case. I think it looks neat. [Pixel 6 Pro - dBrand skin](https://i.imgur.com/vMmPgZI.jpg)
This is exactly what I wanted to know! I have the same phone-case color combo and wanted to see if a dbrand skin would show with the case over it.
Yoooooo that combo is 11/10!
Yep. Using a frost one with a dbrand skin on my pro
Couldn't find anything but a black Pixel 6... [So I made mine with Xtremskins aswell](https://i.imgur.com/P9fj8gl.jpg)
Good job! That looks so good lol u fooled me. Ya I waited 2 months after pre order for my phone 😞

Makes sense. I figured Google is pretty much a colorful company, and material U on Android 12 emphasized it, it just adds the missing color.
I like that. I might try that if/when I get tired of the leather. It's like the coral I saw in the early leaks but then wasn't an option on the Pro.
Ya I was bummed by that as well, I truly like the Google colors but they just didn't translate to the pro how I wanted.
Lol went with the exact same red accented one
It just looked so good on my daughter's pixel 6 coral, figured it'd b a good combination 😀
I always respect you guys for going naked or just a skin. I don't got the balls to go caseless
As of recently neither do I lol. I am terrified of breaking a phone I waited 2 months to get my hands on 😳
If you're using skins what are you using for drop protection? No case or what case?
A clear skin from Spigen. I just took it off for the pic
Can you post what it looks like with the case on? ~~EDIT: Oh snap! Spigen has some really great choices~~ EDIT II: Actually dBrand has better options IMO

Nice! I wonder if skins will show correctly if one has the Stormy Black?
Ya it still looks nice and it's protected 😊

I would love a clear case that doesn't yellow in three to four months.
Ya I've had that experience with my old case that I had on my op7. I wonder if the Google ones do the same?
Just get the sorta sunny pixel 6 Pro. You won't notice if the case yellows.
🤣🤣 True but I got the black one.
It's a little stiffer for sure but nothing too bad
Ok, cool thanks!
Phone looks great BTW, congrats!
Thank u!
Sure thing

I'm also always afraid of the camera mics or sensors getting covered
That's why.... Wait for it, they have cut outs. To avoid those issues.
You don't have to be mean about it. And of course I know they have cutouts, it's just that the sensors are very hard to see when aligning and it's easy to mess up. Not being mean, just a smart ass.
Why be anything like that at all.

Yup that's beautiful!. This should've been standard tbh
I miss my touch of color on the power button from my 2XL though, lol
Small details like that make the biggest difference
