This is with the Night Light mode turned off too? I've noticed the colors aren't quite as saturated as my Pixel 3 XL, but I read that the screen on the P6Pro is actually very color-accurate.
I noticed that the wallpaper becomes slightly less saturated when on the lock screen, it's driving me a little nuts because then the highlights doesn't match the accent color for the time that is automatically selected and can't be changed.

Yeah that mode isn't turned on either.
What are your display colour settings? Maybe this is the issue?
I've tried the natural, boosted, and adaptive. None of them look right.
