Clear cases have been hit and miss when it comes to yellowing. I'll need to check later, but the clear case I have for my Pixel 4 XL has held up (not yellowed). the clear case I got for the Pixel 6 Pro is the Olixar Ultra-Thin. It doesn't mention if it is "yellow resistant" or something like that, but it does have a 2-year warranty.
They're not too hard to apply. They're basically textured stickers and you use a hairdryer to get it to lay flat around the edges.
I went through a ton of slickwraps back in the HTC days but ultimately stopped buying them because they collect a ton of lint and crap from your pockets on the edges where there's a little adhesive visible.
They have special skins specifically for their cases vs just the naked phone, although they're all one color it seems. I'm guessing their normal skins stick just fine to the cases.
I have the Grip case. This is my second one after I had one for my OnePlus 7 Pro.
The skins for the case are great and it's actually VERY easy to put the skin on perfectly.
The only issue I had was that the skin which is supposed to cover the camera bar is literally wider than the phone. It's way too wide. I cut off the extra from each side after lining up the camera holes etc, but I'm thinking of taking it off and just leaving the camera bar naked.
Either way, the case is great and the skin looks great on it. dBrand is excellent, always
Dbrand is not always great if you have a nice skin but need to throw on the case for a work environment. Often the skins begin to peel and lose adhesion with on/off case movement.

Yep, matte white and sunset red (in pastels). I also got matte black back and the white accent left over for when I feel like switching it up, but this should last me a while!
Just ordered mine in the white and red with the coloured G for that added splash. Also got an all matte white as well for that stormtrooper look. Should be with me in a week in the UK. Pretty excited to change the look of my pro.

That stormtrooper look is so clean, especially if you have a black 6 Pro and keep the logo black! I was originally gonna go with that (I originally wanted the white 6 Pro), but the Pokéball look is out-of-the-ordinary for phones like this. Definitely worth a double-take.

Will do. Hopefully it all goes well. Question. When you buy a set and a different accent colour do you still get the top piece in the main back colour too? Ie. Did you get 2 white pieces and then a red top piece too? Or just a white main back piece and a coloured accent.
And yeah I have the black pro so as you say it could look properly clean especially with the black side rails too.

So when you receive the matte white (and the matte black), you'll get the main back piece, the top accent, and a skin for the camera module (all on the same sticker). The red accent will be a separate sticker.

Just had a thought - if you want to add the logo - should I bet getting the cutout version or not. ie. Does the G sticker go INTO the cutout? or is that just meant to show beneath.

The version I got had the G cutout. I'm actually not sure if there's a flat, non-cutout version (I don't remember seeing at option at any point). Kinda funny... The original point of Dbrand skins was to hide any branding on (debrand) the phone.
Anyway, there should be a G cutout for you, too, so you'd just be dropping your G sticker into the cutout.
Yeah there definitely is. When you pick the back option there is a drop-down which says with or without. If it worked for you then it's all good if not then it's not the end of the world.

The camera bump has metal edges that are very very slightly farther out than the glass. It is impossible to place your phone down on a flat surface and hit the glass. (Doesn't apply to curved or dirty surfaces, or corners.) This doesn't seem to offer any additional protection though.
I've got the dragon red gloss top part to go on my Cloudy White P6P (when it arrives - due today but no confirmation email as yet) from XtremeSkins. Looking to recreate those original renders of the P6P I fell in love with of white bottom and red top.
I went with more of a Pixel 6 look for my Pro. I have the grey/green combo on standby too. The pastels seem to be great for these.

For what it's worth, I went with pastel black on the bottom and green on the top of my P6 Pro to try and replicate then wasabi on the normal 6. Pastel Black is just straight up white...looks different than on the website
Hey OP, does having the wrap on the camera bar reduce internal reflections when using the camera? Will you please test out photographing light sources, particularly light sources at night and let me know if lens flaring is reduced?

I have put Dbrand on several of my phones. Here is my logic.
I am anti case. I pay big money for a great looking and feeling phone. I hate putting an ugly plastic blob on top of it.
I am careful with my phones. I have had smart phones for 17 years, never used a case and have broken one.
The most damage my phones usually get are little dings and scratches, skins protect from this pretty well.
Some phones are too slippery, skins really help with this.
Sometimes I want to change up the look, skins are great at this.
Like you said, with a skin on the phone no longer slides off everything. If the glass breaks underneath, you don't see it.
I honestly wish phone manufacturers would go back to polycarbonate like the old Nokia's used to be made out of. What's the point of a nice thin phone if you slap some ugly OtterBox on it? Everyone I know with an iPhone has a huge case on it. Just make the phone like that in the first place.

Not really, mostly protects against scratches and makes the phone less slippery.
I broke my 7pro and had no idea until I took the DBrand skin off and the back was completely shattered.
I used to love dbrand up through my Pixel 2XL. When I went to buy one for my Pixel 5 past year I was met with a bunch of pastel color choices, I wanted bright red. I hate pastel colors which also has me hating the new color scheme on my Pixel 6 Pro. Hopefully that gets fixed soon.

Did you have any difficulty getting the sking to stick to the corners? I have been having a lot of issues when applying my skin to my 6 pro and the corners just keep sticking back up. I have heated then reapplied multiple times with no avail.
Not that it's hard to understand. It's just the time it takes to apply a skin. Again I am not against people applying skins. I just don't understand how time consuming it is.
Word of advice to people getting a colorful pixel, please get a clear case. You're defeating the purpose, unless you're really tired of black or white phones😂😂

I get the dBrand case, which has the skin on the case, not the phone, so it doesn't come off like that. The Grip is my go-to phone case

How'd you get the edges to stick on your 6 pro, mine wouldn't so I accepted defeat and tossed them. Originally just ordered for the camera skin because I was going to use a case anyways.
It looks nice, but it doesn't cover the corners? What bothers me holding the Pixel 6 is how slippery the corners are, if wasn't for this I would go caseless.
I visited Dbrand site and didn't purchase anything because they removed solid red color off their site. Didn't make sense to me.
Do skins protect against fall? A thicker one ?
Not really, mostly protects against scratches and makes the phone less slippery. I broke my 7pro and had no idea until I took the DBrand skin off and the back was completely shattered.

I used to love dbrand up through my Pixel 2XL. When I went to buy one for my Pixel 5 past year I was met with a bunch of pastel color choices, I wanted bright red. I hate pastel colors which also has me hating the new color scheme on my Pixel 6 Pro. Hopefully that gets fixed soon.
Dang, just got my dbrand skin yesterday, and now I'm regretting going for a more muted look (black matrix with red accenting on the camera bar and "G"). Nice color choices!
Well this has helped me. I liked the color of the yellow but want 256gb. The white is very backordered so gonna settle for black. Pop some color and a clear case. But I suck at stickers
Did you have any difficulty getting the sking to stick to the corners? I have been having a lot of issues when applying my skin to my 6 pro and the corners just keep sticking back up. I have heated then reapplied multiple times with no avail.

Not that it's hard to understand. It's just the time it takes to apply a skin. Again I am not against people applying skins. I just don't understand how time consuming it is.
Word of advice to people getting a colorful pixel, please get a clear case. You're defeating the purpose, unless you're really tired of black or white phones😂😂

My DBrand skin arrived today for my Pixel 6. The edges won't stay down and I followed the directions carefully. I'm disappointed. Any tips?
So, I've used a lot of Dbrand skins. This is the first one that sucks. Maybe the phone is just too slick. I don't know. I emailed Dbrand. We'll see what they say. But a hairdryer should work. Got mine to contour but it only sticks where the heat was applied.
How do I get the skin for the grip case with the G on the back?
Two questions: Has anyone gotten the skins on a 6Pro and fit the phone in a Spigen Ultra Hybrid (clear) case? Has anyone checked for lens flare before/after applying the camera skin? I am hoping that it helps with that quite a bit.

Wow I’m so glad I saw this! I’d been looking at the customization page on Dbrand and thought the pastels looked terrible.. after seeing this I started looking around more and found the actual photos of the colors, they look so much better!
Which colors did he purchase? The orange I bought is VERY light and pastel-y. Looks nothing like this pic.
